The room (including the bathroom) is small, but it's just for sleeping, and the location is not bad. (The reason why the price is so low↓)① Even if you change the airflow direction of the cooler, there is no change②The nozzle of the washlet was turned sideways and the area was flooded with water (I reported this to the front desk the next day, but it hasn't been fixed🤔) ← Elderly male staff③For some reason, the vibrations from the bathroom ventilation fan are transmitted to the walls⁉️④When I made the reservation, I was given a high floor RQ, but it was on the 2nd floor (lol)⑤ I visited a recommended restaurant in the area, but when I saw the materials in the lobby......😅 (not in the area 🤣)⑥There is no extension, so I have to go all the way to the front desk (for some reason they are not there 🤣)⑦ No greetings when guests go out/return (preoccupied with PC work 😑)C/I is done at the front desk, but you have to enter various information again on the automatic C/I machine...it takes a lot of effort and time😓*To be honest, overall it wasn't very good in Fukuoka😢

The bath was nice, but the bath towels provided were so smelly that I couldn't use them, so I went to the front desk and had them change them. Accommodation fees are high

I paid about 80,000 won per night. Because the price was low, there were a lot of things that had to be taken into consideration.First of all, water is not provided. There is no freezing function inside the refrigerator, but the refrigerator itselfIt works well. Please note that the accommodation is very small, so there is no space to spread out two suitcases. The air conditioner is not cleaned at all, so you can see lumps of dust. Even though it was a bit messy, I had to take everything into account for the low price so I stayed there. The blanket was a bit uncomfortable. You can think of it as being at the level of a Korean motel.I think it would be okay for those who are not sensitive to stay there as long as the price is cheap.I liked the water pressure in the bathroom because it was really strong. There was no cigarette smell in the room, but there was always a musty smell in the room due to humidity during the rainy season in the summer. It's okay to spray some air freshener.Air fresheners are provided in the room. (Cheap version)Mina Tenjin is within a 10-minute walk. There was a Lawson convenience store a 1-minute walk from the accommodation, so I was able to quickly buy water.

Good location, but everything else is bad.Cleaning was easy and a toothbrush came out of the dryer bag.The staff at the front desk are all foreigners, and their Japanese is poor and difficult to understand. The air conditioner is so noisy and hits the bed directly that it gives me a sore throat.Even though it said I could use home delivery, there was only a slip and no cardboard. How can I send it?If you don't have it, you should at least know which store has it, but you don't even know that.I went to the convenience stores in my neighborhood, but none of them sold it.What?Although it's cheap, there are many hotels in the same price range that are much better.

It doesn't matter which LivemaxBasically, cleaning is pretty easy. It doesn't matter if it's cheap or bad. Also, the walls feel thin. I can barely hear the voices next door. The shower gets weaker the more people on the same floor use it.

I really shouldn't have stopped. The vending machines only have alcohol, and the customer service is trash.I got a knock suddenly at night, and when I answered, I was told that my voice was too loud and that it was an incomprehensible nuisance.Never use again

Wifi was VERY slow, wouldn’t be able to watch a movie at all. They make you pay additional Fukuoka tourist tax on top of the booking and tax you already paid which was very odd since we stayed in Hakata the previous day and didn’t have to pay that. The room was affordable and neat. It’s a comfortable stay but the wifi was just very disappointing.

I must have been to Japanese hotels about 30 times. This place is especially narrow. I checked in at the counter, then used the self-check-in machine to get my room key and pay for my accommodation. If you go out the back door and go next to JAL Hotel, it takes less than 3 minutes to get to Akasaka Station. The location is quiet and good
