The self-service check-in process was terrible. I didn't take the initiative to send the check-in voucher after paying. I couldn't find the room and password that day. I contacted the hotelier but wouldn't reply. I contacted agoda customer service in Taiwan to solve the problem. It took me 20 minutes to check in.The location is also far from the station, and the name of the accommodation is difficult to type in and search. The refrigerator has rotten bread for who knows how many months. It is not recommended.

The room was kept very clean. There are sufficient supplies, a washing machine and washing powder for easy cleaning, and the balcony can be used for drying. Microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator are all available. It's about 6-7 minutes away from the subway, and there's Lowson for restocking in the middle.

While previous reviews have been more negative than positive, my experience has been exceptionally positive. The house that collapsed this time has a layout of two bedrooms and one living room, and has a kitchen and washing machine. The sofa is also large and there are two tables. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, although the bathtub is so small that it is a bit inconvenient. But considering its location in Shinsaibashi, where every inch of land is at a premium, it would be too much to blame the city for perfection.Considering that the average accommodation fee per person per day is only NT$800, the overall performance can be said to be very cost-effective. Although there are areas that can be improved in terms of cleanliness (the air conditioner is not very clean, and there are slippers under the bed that have not been cleaned), overall, it is fair to give it a high rating.

The location is convenient for the subway station. The building itself is undergoing construction work, so you will feel dirty when you walk to the elevator. The room is not. This time I stayed in a quadruple room. It has complete accessories, including a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker. It's really nice. It's very convenient, and there are many plugs and charging holes for mobile phones in the room. In fact, you don't need to bring a special charger~ If I have the chance, I will stay here again!Room keys are placed in a key box next to the door of each room. He will give you the password and you can open it and get the key!If you run out of supplies in the room, go to Room 221 on the second floor and turn left. There is a cabinet with relevant supplies (just take what you need)!

The hotel was very dirty and not clean. It looked like an aftermath of a war there. The hotel looked like a hangout for homeless people. It was very dusty and dirty.

If you see this review, please go to another hotel!! You can find apartments/hotels nearby that costs the same. The building looks run down and are outdated.I do feel bad for the staff that cleans the rooms. They have to go through the filthy conditions of this apartment.

The rooms are nice, but the hallway is under construction. It looks like it's been in the works for over a year.... It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori, and all rooms are non-smoking. There's a 24-hour mart nearby and a convenience store, so it's not bad.
