Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM.There is an elevator for 1 to 2 people that can move between floors.We, a family of four, stayed in a room on the 3rd floor for 4 days and 3 nights.The room is small, but has everything you need except a TV (sink, microwave, sink, toilet, bathroom, Wi-Fi, etc.)The room was clean so there was no inconvenience in staying, it was easily accessible by subway, and there was a Family Mart nearby, so I was able to purchase anything I needed at any time.There is no separate room cleaning service, but if you leave used towels outside, they replace them with new ones every day.The owners were very kind and saw us off at the door until they didn't see us on the day of our return.Our family was very satisfied.

It was a very nice stay. It takes about 30 seconds after passing through the Kuromon Market arcade. The room we stayed in had a stylish Japanese interior and was very relaxing. I ended up chatting and lost track of time.The owner and his wife are very kind and warm. If I stay in Osaka, I will stay here again next time. thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of 4 on the top floor. The location was great! It was very accessible to the key places. Space was a little tight but it has got all the amenities required. Host recommended an oden restaurant just next door and it was the best oden we ever tried.

The Tearon (salon) on the first floor of Charakurai will be used as the venue for the June 2023 training session and social gathering. Since there were participants from far away, we made the right decision by renting the entire second and third floors.It is in a great location, close to Kuromon Market and within walking distance of Sennichimae and Namba, making it the perfect location for sightseeing. This time, we invited a lecturer and held a training session. After that, we took a walk around the Kuromon Market, and then moved on to a social gathering, where we were able to chat until late into the night without worrying about the time. When I got there, it was almost dawn...^^).The owner's wife, who is an interior coordinator, coordinated the small space by herself to make it not ``crampy'' but ``narrow and enjoyable.'' All futons are Japanese futons handmade by the owner of a long-established bedding shop in Tondabayashi. I think it's perfect if you want to hold a small corporate training or meeting in the city, or if you're planning to gather your family and relatives and stay overnight in central Osaka.Now that the coronavirus pandemic is over, inbound tourists are becoming more popular (for foreign tourists, it doesn't matter whether it's a Saturday or Sunday or a weekday), so by the time they use the service, they're fully booked up to three months in advance. We recommend making reservations very early.Thanks to all of you, we were able to have a great time. thank you.

The hosts were VERY friendly and were actively trying to make our experience more welcoming! Everything was clean, high tech, and looked like new. The free washer/dryer was a big plus as well. For 5 people, the space was a little tight, but the pros outweighed all the cons!
