I'm a man, but I made a reservation in the women's room by mistake. I told the owner a little after I arrived, but he said it was my mistake and I was kicked out without a refund. If you have any complaints, please come here and ask me to resolve the issue. I am very, very disappointed in the service industry in Japan because of this incident.

The facilities aren't bad. If you want to hang out with people from other countries, you can do so at the bar on the first floor. Basically, the hostel itself had a very quiet atmosphere and the beds were soft, which was nice. I saw a review saying there were bed bugs, but there were no bed bug issues when I went.But the unfriendliness of the staff is at an all-time high. When I went there, there was a staff member who was a bit tall and slim, but he basically spoke informally and was always doing something with earphones on, so even if you tried to talk to him, you would basically get yelled at. I was told that laundry detergent was 100 yen, so I gave him 500 yen, but he said he wouldn't give me change. Haha. I thought I was a weird person. Shouldn’t you keep the change with you? I want to, though.Recommended for those who only sleep well. If you want to do something here, I recommend it. First of all, I won’t go here again haha.

It is said to be operated almost unmanned, and if you make a reservation, the entrance password and other information will be sent to your email.I didn't receive an email, so I arrived the same day and followed the notice posted at the entrance to contact the staff on line and receive the password and instructions.If you have reserved accommodation, you will need to install and sign up for the Line app.The building is narrow, so the stairs are a bit steep and narrow.There is no restroom on the 3rd floor, so you have to go to the 2nd floor to use the restroom.Bed location cannot be selected, but it is recommended to designate a bed on the first floor.The first floor of the bed has more space for luggage (under the stairs), and the second floor is a bit inconvenient to go up and down.The shower room is located on the first floor, has one washing machine and one dryer, and is free.However, there is no laundry detergent, so you will have to bring your own or buy it at a nearby convenience store.The price is cheap and it's good for just sleeping at night and walking around.I think I will visit again next time I travel.

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda and then booked another hotel due to location issues, but one day passed before the free cancellation date, so I requested a free cancellation through the app and sent an email, but they never responded and they ignored me the whole time. If free cancellation is not possible, they will at least reply that it is not possible, but since I didn't get an answer, I thought they might not have read the original message, so I thought I would just stay, but I read the Google reviews carefully, and they all have good answers. ^^There are many posts about bed bugs and cockroaches, and I first found out from the reviews that it was unmanned. Basically, the service is the worst and the cleanliness is even worse. I won't stay here because I feel like I wasted my money. Thank you for continuing to ignore me and reading the Google reviews, I was able to avoid the pile of bugs^^ Always do business like that.

The manager's friendliness is too bad.In the common space, we casually say things like, ``We'll make money, but come on.''When asked about Wi-Fi,It's posted on the walls everywhere.That's what he said.Also, I made a reservation through Agoda, but I can't find the passcode to enter the room.I thought the customer service was worth the price.

I will start from the good things :1. I think it’s good location , it’s a little bit far from the noisy night life but you can walk 18 min .2. The beds comfortable, and I slept well and there is social vibe a little bit .The problematic things :Check in from 19:00 I think it’s too late and early checkout 10am .* there is no service here , self check in so it’s not really hostel it’s place to sleep , the team behaviour was weird , I’m not recommending this place for single women , boys looking for cheap , place to sleep it’s good option .

I used it for the first time on a business trip.Regarding the accommodation, for some reason I did not receive the passcode to enter the room, so I was able to check with the person in charge via LINE.I was glad that I was able to ask the staff about anything I was unsure about at the facility and they politely explained it to me.I was close to the staff, so I enjoyed chatting with them and learning about the local area.It was very good within my price range, so I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go to Fukuoka.

I stayed here by myself to meet a friend who lives in Fukuoka.For check-in, we had two passwords sent to us via SMS, one for entering the inn and one for entering the women's-only room.The system was very secure and I felt at ease. The shower room was also clean and comfortable.I forgot my makeup bag and asked them to send it home, but they responded very politely and quickly, which I was really grateful for.I would like to stay here again when I come to Fukuoka.

I stayed in a dormitory (shared room).The bed was a side bed (type that you can enter from the side) on the lower bunk.The bed itself had a fluffy mat, and the quality was hard to believe for an inn costing around 1,300 yen!The sheets were made properly...There are also towels and bath towels, and there are plenty of amenities.This time we had a lower bed, but the fact that the upper bed is accessed by stairs on the side rather than a ladder is also a great feature.I thought that if this was the case, there wouldn't be much difference in getting in and out of the lower and upper beds.Well, the hardware was good, but...the negatives were that one of the male staff members was overbearing and the check-in method was vague.Overall, I thought it would have been a high score if the staff had dealt with it properly.By the way, another negative point was that the other female staff member was very excited and was talking loudly in the dormitory.

I urgently needed a place to stay, so I happened to find one and decided to stay there.You can use the shower, and the bed is separated by a curtain, so it's private. The manager is very nice, so you can stay with peace of mind.The cost performance was great and it was very comfortable, so I'm really glad I chose this place.

Everyone else wrote that they went there because of the cheap taste, but when I went, I paid almost 60,000 won.(A festival on this day? There was something like that, so all the nearby accommodations were sold out.)Even before I went there, there were a lot of controversies about bed bugs, but fortunately there weren't any when I went.The boss also said he had taken action.Of course, this could also be because I brought bed bug spray and mite sheets from Korea and applied them all over...Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've ever been to in Japan.The sound of the door closing was loud, there were too many people in one room, the lobby was smelly, there were suspected bed bugs, the price was high, etc...If this is priced in the 10,000-20,000 won range as per the reviews, I think it will do well anyway, so I would give it 3 stars.I recommend not going if it costs more than 30,000 won.

The facility was beautiful. I was also happy that there was a washing machine (especially in the shower room and toilet). I'm glad that it also comes with shampoo. You have to climb the stairs to get to your room, which can be difficult if you have large luggage.

Well..location is not bad. Rooms are OK nothing special. A little bit ran down facilities. The staff is rude and don't speak any English.I was using my own charger and adapter and the staff started shouting at me where is the green charger which was plugged in. Even made kicking moves to my charger and ipad I was charging. Then he went to check and found it. Such a rude and unprofessional behaviour.

It was about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Station and the price was great. (60,000 won for 3 nights, about 30,000 won cheaper than nearby capsules)It is an unmanned system, so you can use it without any inconvenience as long as you read the email sent in advance.I recommend it to people with an introverted and quiet personality.Since it is a hostel, I think noise from other guests is inevitable.There's a park and a great bakery nearby, and the staff was friendly.I think I will use it again when I go to Fukuoka.+ There was a particular bed bug issue in the Google reviews, but they probably handled it well after that, so there was no damage in the women-only room. 🙂

I will never stay here again because it seems to be clean but actually not so clean. The new bed sheets were placed on the floor before the old sheets were replaced.The major problem is two hostel staff.One of them is always talking to himself and kind to female guests, but rude to male guests.The other staff does not speak at all.
