For what you pay the cabin is spacious enough to keep your luggage with you. Bed decent enough. The biggest downside is being unfortunate enough to be stuck next to two awful snorers, due to design of cabin means you can here everything.

There was an opaque liquid on the room's trash can and bed, and there was what appeared to be bodily fluid on the pajama pants, so I notified the counter, but it took an hour for them to respond, and they ended up replacing the capsule with the one next to the same option without any solution or solution. Even this takes 2 hours. The cleanliness is very dirty and the service is worst.

The baths are shared with the sports club, so it's a bit complicated to go up and down from the guest rooms. You need a card to enter and exit, and even your shoes are left in a locker. It's pretty dangerous when you're running away from a fire.Other stores have toiletries such as lotion and emulsion, but this store didn't have any, and it wasn't even listed. However, the amount is high. There are many toilets and washrooms that cannot be used, and they are smelly and dirty, probably due to customer etiquette or cleaning methods. The only good things were the bath and sauna.

I stayed in a premium class cabin, but the whole room was too smelly.Even if I opened the window to ventilate the room, the smell would come back when I turned on the air conditioner, but I couldn't sleep without the air conditioner on, and it was so noisy with the window open that I couldn't do anything about it, so it was really painful.Maybe the staff are used to this situation...Other than the smell, there are no issues with the large bath or the hardness of the bed.I had previously stayed in a regular class cabin in the First Cabin and it was good, so I thought the private premium class cabin would be better, so I stayed there and really regretted it.

Accidentally stopped by this place because my cellphone had no battery so I couldn't continue my journey to the hotel in Osaka (I needed an active cellphone to access the map), stopped by to ask for help borrowing a cable plug and was responded kindly and friendly, and was allowed to charge my cellphone battery until it was enough to continue my journey. I would like to say a lot of thanks to the kind staff who saved my day and while waiting I found this place is such a nice, clean, quiet capsule hotel and it is in a very strategic location.

When I went to the front desk to check in, the staff was not there and the staff was making small talk with a customer in the dining area next door about how their nails were.Either they didn't notice or they pretended not to know, but they didn't come to the front desk, so I rang the bell.Even when I rang, she didn't come to the front desk and kept talking about her ingrown toenails.Even though I was in a good mood to interrupt the conversation and come to the front desk, he didn't come or look at me, so when I rang the ring again, he reluctantly came to the front desk and asked me to write my name without saying hello.I have used First Cabin many times in Haneda and Umeda, but this was the first time I had received such a response. The location and room size were very good, but I will never use it again.

B1 is Exit 13 of Namba Station. You can go directly to the subway station without pushing large luggage up and down. The transportation location is super convenient!3F is the check-in counter, and there are guest rooms on 3-4F, with separate areas for male and female guests. It is a capsule hotel that features airplane cabins. The beds are also named after first-class cabins. The space is quite large and the suitcases can be fully opened.Amenities such as pajamas, towels and slippers will be placed on the bed first. There is a TV in the cabin, so you need to wear headphones to listen. There is an Osaka travel magazine provided in the cabin. The content is very interesting and can be referenced if you have not yet decided where to travel. The hot spring pool is on the 3rd floor, so it's a bit uneasy to be able to enter without a proximity card. Occasionally, members of the Bright Health Club come to use the hot spring pool. Everyone is friendly and polite.
