Great location, the appartement had everthing we needed for a comfortable stay. Only @self-checking, the QR-Code didn't work on my phone, IDK why. On another smarphone, it worked perfectly. I can recommend The Peak S. for everyone.

This B&B is very good, but I still haven’t received it on the day of departure. Regarding check-in related matters, I am very nervous...However, there is a line, what’s app, and wechat at the door downstairs. You can join them and contact them. I finally received the check-in related information on the third day of my trip...Also, please don’t leave garbage downstairs when staying here. There is a gate next to the door where garbage is collected!

Looking for a family room with not too small a room size, good rating, not too expensive, then found it here. I'm going to tell you if it's accurate or not.First of all, it is important to understand that the accommodation is not too far from the crowded area or the skytrain. But it's not what you think. Whether coming from Dotonbori, Glico sign, or Kuromon Market, walk over a kilo to the accommodation. You'll get on the train at one station and the train fare is 200 yen. You'll walk another 600-800 meters if you come out, especially when you're checking in and out carrying a heavy bag. This drags your blood a lot. By the time we reached the main road and turned to find the skytrain, we almost died.Let's come to the room. The room is exactly as described. The room size is not small at all. When you enter, there is a dining table, 2 chairs, 1 long one, a sink for washing dishes, drinking glasses, and a kettle. Even better, there is a vacuum cleaner. There is a washing machine with detergent. And there is a complete iron and ironing board, very excellent (I like that there is an iron provided. I don't have to wear wrinkled shirts anymore 😁)The bathroom has a separate shower room and toilet. The shower room is small but I like it. The water is really strong and there are chairs to sit on. The sink has good shelves. There's a hair dryer and a toothbrush. That's it. Nothing else is provided.Beds have queen size and single beds. The mattress is very soft, too soft, it's too soft. Personally, I don't like it being so soft that it's squishy. I sleep and wake up very often. (Usually it's found but it's too hard. This is the first time I've encountered something too soft 😅) As for the air conditioner, it's the winner. It's so cold it's freezing cold. The blanket is good but the pillow is bad. The blades are very small and very flat. There are only 3 blades available. The room shouldn't hold sound very well. If you find it next door or upstairs in your room, the noise is likely to be heard. (Fortunately, on the day I stayed in the building, there were hardly any people staying.) The building has 10 floors, only 2 rooms on each floor.Check-in This is another thing that might be a little difficult. It takes some personal tact if you've never experienced in-person check-ins. You need to check the details from the email he sent carefully. There will be a password through the first door. You will then see the tablet to register again. You have to enter another password and then register by taking a photo of your passport (everyone staying at the hotel). You will then receive a password to unlock the small locker in front of you so you can get your room key again. (Must be unlocked according to the room where we will be staying For example, your room is 8A. You can only put your password in locker 8A.) I've explained it in detail. Are you confused? 😅 (If you can't do it, You can add Line or others to inquire or ask for help from the staff. There will be a post on the door.)The advantage is that the building has an elevator. And there are lockers for storing things in front of the building as well.In summary, accommodation here has both pros and cons as mentioned above. Let's try to consider it. Personally, I stayed here for 3 nights. It was very difficult to walk to the accommodation. If you want to be comfortable and have some money left over, call a taxi. I used to call from around Dotonbori around 10:00 p.m. to my accommodation and it cost 1000 yen.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. We booked 2 apartments for 2 families with 1 kid each, so we fitted perfectly. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and 12 min walk to subway stations. The check in process is a bit complicated and there is no one on site to help. The apartment was spacious and clean and had very clean linen, had basic kitchenware: microwave oven, kettle, cups weren't microwable though. Wifi was good too.We stayed 12 days, and no cleaning or other service was provided during this time (eg. no rubbish collection, extra toilet paper, soap, clean towels or linen). There is washing machine and laundry detergent but there is no line or cloth hanger to use.

Overall really happy with our stay here:- The apartment we booked for 2 people was very spacious compared to other Japanese accommodation we have stayed in. It had one double bed, a single bed, small kitchen with big table and chairs, separate toilet and showers- Comfortable (soft) beds- Spotlessly clean- Decent wifi- Powerful heater / air-conditioning and constant hot water- Good location for us - short walk to metro stations, some restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstepThe only minor inconveniences were:- Self-service: No staff on site to answer questions and no cleaning during stay- No luggage storage- Over-complicated check in and check out system. You get sent a code for the front door and a code to use to check in on the iPad which then generates a code to open the key box (!). Make sure to note down this last code for the key box as you will need it again to put the key in when you check out.
