Looking for a family room with not too small a room size, good rating, not too expensive, then found it here. I'm going to tell you if it's accurate or not.First of all, it is important to understand that the accommodation is not too far from the crowded area or the skytrain. But it's not what you think. Whether coming from Dotonbori, Glico sign, or Kuromon Market, walk over a kilo to the accommodation. You'll get on the train at one station and the train fare is 200 yen. You'll walk another 600-800 meters if you come out, especially when you're checking in and out carrying a heavy bag. This drags your blood a lot. By the time we reached the main road and turned to find the skytrain, we almost died.Let's come to the room. The room is exactly as described. The room size is not small at all. When you enter, there is a dining table, 2 chairs, 1 long one, a sink for washing dishes, drinking glasses, and a kettle. Even better, there is a vacuum cleaner. There is a washing machine with detergent. And there is a complete iron and ironing board, very excellent (I like that there is an iron provided. I don't have to wear wrinkled shirts anymore 😁)The bathroom has a separate shower room and toilet. The shower room is small but I like it. The water is really strong and there are chairs to sit on. The sink has good shelves. There's a hair dryer and a toothbrush. That's it. Nothing else is provided.Beds have queen size and single beds. The mattress is very soft, too soft, it's too soft. Personally, I don't like it being so soft that it's squishy. I sleep and wake up very often. (Usually it's found but it's too hard. This is the first time I've encountered something too soft 😅) As for the air conditioner, it's the winner. It's so cold it's freezing cold. The blanket is good but the pillow is bad. The blades are very small and very flat. There are only 3 blades available. The room shouldn't hold sound very well. If you find it next door or upstairs in your room, the noise is likely to be heard. (Fortunately, on the day I stayed in the building, there were hardly any people staying.) The building has 10 floors, only 2 rooms on each floor.Check-in This is another thing that might be a little difficult. It takes some personal tact if you've never experienced in-person check-ins. You need to check the details from the email he sent carefully. There will be a password through the first door. You will then see the tablet to register again. You have to enter another password and then register by taking a photo of your passport (everyone staying at the hotel). You will then receive a password to unlock the small locker in front of you so you can get your room key again. (Must be unlocked according to the room where we will be staying For example, your room is 8A. You can only put your password in locker 8A.) I've explained it in detail. Are you confused? 😅 (If you can't do it, You can add Line or others to inquire or ask for help from the staff. There will be a post on the door.)The advantage is that the building has an elevator. And there are lockers for storing things in front of the building as well.In summary, accommodation here has both pros and cons as mentioned above. Let's try to consider it. Personally, I stayed here for 3 nights. It was very difficult to walk to the accommodation. If you want to be comfortable and have some money left over, call a taxi. I used to call from around Dotonbori around 10:00 p.m. to my accommodation and it cost 1000 yen.
