The room is large and can sleep up to 4. Unfortunately, the room also seems very empty due to the minimal furniture. It's good for staying overnight, but it doesn't invite you to linger in the room.I can't say much about the bus and train connections, you should check beforehand. We were there by car because we wanted to go to Nagasaki. Reachable within an hour by car.It would be nicer if it were cheaper.

I wouldn't stay here again by choice. The check-in process is troublesome. There are basically no amenities. The TV is tiny. It says no cooking but there is a range hood. There were only 2 pillows and 2 blankets for 4 beds. You can hear everything outside. The cars were keeping us awake. Parking is an additional 500円 per car per day. There were 3 towels and you're charged 500円 per towel (one towel is for the ground so you don't get it wet) plus you're expected to wash the towels. Using the washing machine is an extra 500円. There was a hair on our toilet. It looks nice and looks new but so many things are wrong that I would never come here again.Oh and there is bacially no security or safety system in place. I was nervous if someone would wonder in causing trouble.I guess if you want to check into a hotel and not have to deal with a real person or checking process this would be ideal.

If there is a possibility that your stay will be canceled, you should definitely avoid it.When I checked in on Sunday, I told them that I wanted to cancel for Thursday and Friday, but the hotel staff ended up charging me 100% even though I wasn't staying there.Even though it was not canceled the day before or on the day,Even if you make a reservation (for example, one month) and request to change the dates after checking in, it seems that you will not be able to stay for the period you reserved.① Even though I did inform the accommodation of my cancellation before check-in, I was told that there was no record of my cancellation.②Since we issue a room code, for security reasons, you may be told that you have to stay for the period for which it was issued.I didn't understand what you meant.Since the email is sent out, there is a history, and if you have a PIN, you can easily change it, so if you know in advance how long you won't be using it, it would be better to cancel and find another guest. I thought so.I made a reservation on Jalan and stayed there.Jalan responded appropriately.Cancellation policy is 50% from 30 days in advance.Maybe it's the owner of the accommodation, but the person's response is definitely the worst.

If you're seeing it for the first time, you might be confused until you get to the room.First, the outside entrance is unlocked, so you can just enter the building. Once you enter, head to the room number you received via email. The activation key and number input are on the doorknob, so don't ring the intercom. If you play it, it will be recorded without permission, so don't forget to turn it off if you do. (There were recordings left by quite a few people)

Although the building was new, it did not have all the necessary equipment. Slippers, toothbrushes, small towels, etc. The service is not good considering the price of the stay.

I stayed for 2 nights for business purposes, and it was better than I expected. There are often no vacancies at the hotel, so I would like to use it again if it is available.Good points·beautifulIt was so clean and new that it had the smell of a newly built building.·washing machineThere was also detergent (for indoor drying). It was nice to have a place to dry clothes indoors.・Bed can be movedI was really happy. I was able to sleep in two of them side by side.Bad points・Smell of cigarettesI think there's some bad guy who smoked in the bathroom. I couldn't get rid of the smell...but it's fine for people who don't mind it.・No small towelsThere was only a bath towel and no towels to dry my hands or wash my body. It was especially difficult to wash my body...・Shampoo + body soapIt was an integrated type...If possible, I would like to have separate ones...・There is no microwaveThis is a slightly extravagant request, but if you're staying for a medium term, it's painful not being able to eat warm food in your room.・There are no chopsticksThere were two cups and two plates, but no chopsticks or spoons.

The owner is very kind!! I told him that I would check out 2 hours late, but he said it was okay and told me to buy lunch... The people in Nagasaki are so kind... The inside of the accommodation is also very clean, tidy, and spacious!! There is also a parking lot, so I rented it for a trip. I think this is the best place to stay!

It's the worst! This is an inn you should never stay at.First of all, there is no communication between customer service emails. I made a reservation but was told that it couldn't be done, so I only made excuses. Then, I extended my stay due to a direct hit from the typhoon, but on the day of the direct hit, I was asked to check out in the morning. I told them that it was dangerous because it was a direct hit, so I was unable to extend my stay. I was speechless about the customer service. It became Omura, a place I would never want to go to again if it wasn't for work, and I have fond memories of it.This is definitely a place you shouldn't stay at. I don't think I'm Japanese. That customer service.I would be even more surprised if he were Japanese.Anyway, I don't want to remember or have anything to do with it ever again.
