Close to the subway station and there is a supermarket nearby. The wait time for the elevator is long, it stops at the floor you're in the middle of, and it's also used by employees, which is frustrating. The ice cream served after bathing runs out after 24:00!I was disappointed to see people with such bad manners taking things home in plastic bags! ️

None of these reviews mentioned this place is next to a fire department. I could only recommend this place to heavy sleepers or those that can ignore or tolerate a lot of wee-woo well into the early morning hours

The hotel itself is very good, but the manners of foreign tourists are a problem.◎ServiceWhen I turned on the air conditioner in my room, there was a smell that smelled like a rag. I tried to put up with it for a while, but it became unbearable, so I consulted the front desk when I was about to go out for dinner. I was asked if I could come into the room, and when I told them there was no problem, they took care of something while I was out, and the unpleasant smell was completely gone.◎RoomThe room itself was fine, nothing special.×Etiquette for foreign touristsThe problem is the bad manners of foreign tourists.I don't know if it's Chinese (because they're speaking in Chinese) or other countries, but I think they're from Southeast Asia. The 13th floor has a large public bath, laundry, ice cream service, and vending machines, but depending on the time of day it can get crowded with foreigners. In the changing room, people from other countries were having a loud conversation, and as I was choosing ice cream for the service, someone pushed me from behind and grabbed me with great force. Also, at the laundry, I was asked how to use it, and although I tried to respond in English, the person I asked the question to didn't seem to understand English at all. In the end, they gave me a look that said I couldn't use it, which made me feel very bad. Also, there are only about 5 washing machines and 5 dryers each, so there is a lot of competition. From the perspective of foreign tourists, being able to do laundry for free is convenient, as it is always full of foreigners. The same goes for laundry that has already dried and the washing machine. There will always be conflicts with foreigners, which can be very stressful.Furthermore, at the front desk, while I was being checked in, a Chinese person who wasn't even in line seemed to have no resistance at all. I showed the screen of my smartphone normally and intercepted the hotel manager I was currently dealing with.I was surprised at how many things happened in such a short time, just one night that I couldn't close my mouth. The quality and service of the hotel is sufficient, so it feels like a waste. I don't think I would want to use it again.

We had a lovely stay at Dormy. The kids really enjoyed the free ice cream in the evenings on 13F. We only ate the free ramen one time but it was pretty tasty. We were never up early enough for the yogurt and skipped the 1800 yen hotel breakfast for that reason. The beds were comfy. The room booked for 4 (including one child) was actually two twins and a futon mat. My other kids slept under the closet in the nook which she thought was great! The location was generally ok but quite a walk from the centre (35 min). Not insurmountable. The closet train station was a maze so taking the train only shaved about 10min so we opted for the walk usually. Some pretty good nearby food though in a pinch!

Although it is far from Namba Station, it is cost-effective and provides good service. The staff is very friendly and the sauna, free ice cream, and soy sauce ramen for dinner are very good. When you first visit, it's inconvenient because you have to change subways, but once you get used to the subway, the nearby Tanimachi Yonchome Station is quite useful, making it an attractive accommodation.

The room is a bit small in size. The large bathroom is clean and has lotion, razors, and dryers. It is equipped as a full-time quarantine research area. There are 4 smoking rooms. The staff is friendly.Breakfast was more delicious than expected. The reason the room is rated 4 stars is because it is a bit small.

Japanese people are better not to use it.The hot spring sauna, which is the main point of this hotel, is being used by many foreign guests without rules, which can make you feel very uncomfortable. The hotel side is on the side of foreigners who spend money. It's better not to expect much.I can't say the location is good as it's a bit of a walk from the station. The rooms are large and comfortable.

This was a wonderful place for a good price. And even has a hot spring that you can use. Also the food is great. Tattoos are a big NO, as in most cases in japan. Better if you get one in a RYOKAN that has private baths.
