Ryokan was very small and took a little effort to find it, even with the GPS. Facade and decor of ryokan was a little dated, and room was small. However, service was excellent despite limited English spoken by the staff. …

Recently, Obama Onsen is a hot spring area that I have been paying attention to. This is one of the long-established inns that are dotted along the coast. This is my second time using it.The reason I kept coming back is because of the large number of private baths available. You can use the relatively large semi-open-air bath whenever you like. And the cost performance is good. This time we had a breakfast only plan, but I think it was around 14,000 per person for a Saturday night stay.Another reason is that Akane no Yu is nearby. This is a private bath by the sea that is run by another inn, and it's a beautiful spot with a sense of openness. This is a hot spring that you definitely want to use when you come to Obama. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. It's nice to be able to relax as it's not too crowded with tourists.

I stayed for one night on a certain day in July.I made a reservation for this price with breakfast included. The room has been renovated in many places, so I don't think it will be an inconvenience. However, I personally don't like the heat, so I don't think the air conditioner has enough capacity. It's too hot in the hallways and elevators.Very satisfied with the bath! Freely renting a private bath is the best. The panoramic bath was extremely painful, but I guess it can't be helped.thank you for helping me.

I was able to feel the goodness of a good old ryokan.Above all, the customer service is wonderful. They also took good care of the foods I didn't like or couldn't eat, which I had told them about in advance. The detailed details we requested at dinner were understood, and that was reflected in the breakfast as well. The service provided by the veteran Nakai is very good. I'm satisfied. The fish, meat, and food in general were very fresh, and the portions were plentiful, so I was satisfied and can recommend it.It's also more affordable than other hotels and inns for a stay without meals, and for those who want a little more luxury, I feel it's worth trying out the food. The building is old, so it is old.We recommend the family bath (private bath) on the 1st floor. The cool breeze coming from the atrium, which has been renovated and looks a little new, was very pleasant.*It may take 5 to 10 minutes for the hot water to come out properly during showers, so I think it's fun to enjoy the bath while pouring hot water. My impression was not that there was no hot water in the shower, but that it took a long time for it to come out.

This is a stay with a dog. The building is showing its age, but I like the atmosphere. There is a private bath available, and you can use it freely if it is empty. The water pressure in the shower is weak, so people with long hair might find it a little difficult. The food was so much that I couldn't finish it. It was also nice to be able to eat with the dog. There is also a scene in which the whole family is moved by the Nakai's warm consideration. I'm sure you always work with a spirit of hospitality in mind. This is an inn that I would like to visit again. thank you very much.

The elevator was old and narrow. The whole inn is old.I arrived right after check-in time and went to the private bath on the first floor, but there was poop in the bath.I rushed out, went to the private bath next door because it was cold, and called the front desk from my smartphone to point it out. There was no apology from the hostel. It's true that one of the guests pooped in the bathtub, but I wanted an apology. Also, when I thought about it, I went right after checking in and there was poop, so maybe they didn't clean it? That's what I thought. It's probably just a matter of personal taste, but I felt like the room smelled like poop.It was a memorable family trip in a bad way. Also, apart from breakfast, dinner is not good. The quantity is also large. The tempura was also covered in oil, which surprised me. Honestly, it tastes better when you fry it at home. You should reduce the amount of food you eat and increase the quality.

There are 5 hot springs, and 4 are private baths. You can take a bath 24 hours a day, and the quality of the hot spring water is excellent. The plumbing, dining area, and bathroom in the room have all been renovated and are very clean. There was a lot of food and the content was very good, but I would like a little more food from Kansai. We thought it would have been better if it had a lighter flavor with a better start. The ink paintings hanging at the entrance and lobby were also very nice.I really liked the small, quiet Obama Onsen by the sea.

The room had a retro Showa feel to it. I like it. You can also see the sunset. There is no bath in the room, but there are four private baths and no reservations are required. The two rooms on the first floor had been renovated and were very clean. And the food is delicious! It was good to enjoy a slow daily life.

This is an inn near the famous footbath in Obama. There are two large public baths and an open-air bath on the first floor and two on the fourth floor, and reservations are not required and you can enter if there is space.I recommend the open-air bath on the first floor, which is made of cypress wood. There is a tanuki-no-yu and a kappa-no-yu, and this time I took a bath in the tanuki-no-yu.Breakfast is also served in a private room, so you can eat a hearty amount from the morning. Is the public bath being renovated this time? As an apology, I received a can of beer.I was grateful for it after taking a bath. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so I think it's convenient.

I chose Obama Onsen because it was cheap and available for reservation. The room is average. However, the TV is very small, so if you plan on watching TV in your room, you should be careful. There are 4 private hot spring baths. All of them are open-air bath types that connect to the outside. The private bath on the first floor is very clean and recommended. There are no sauna facilities.Meals are served in a private room separate from your room. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Since I was snacking on rice, I couldn't finish it all at dinner time, so he took care of me and made me a rice ball to take back to my room.An inn that I would like to use again.
