Hot springs containing a lot of iron seem to be useful for improving health, even to the untrained eye. The dishes made with freshly caught seafood were delicious. I could feel the feelings of the landlady who took care of me. The bathroom and interior of the building were renovated in 2024 and were beautiful. I think there are many repeat guests because it is a single-family inn located on the shore of a small cove surrounded by mountains, where you can enjoy the feeling of being in a secluded area. This is the perfect inn for those traveling to northwestern Kyushu.

I used it for one night and two days.I will list down what I personally feel.good point⑴ The building itself matched the surrounding atmosphere.⑵ The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people.⑶ The view from the room is as shown in the photos and videos.⑷ Large public bath? It might be too small for 4 people...⑸ The bath in the room was a system bath and felt clean.⑹ Only a few groups stay per day, so it's very quiet. (If you are a family with children, you may need to be very careful.)⑺ Fireworks are allowed in the large parking lot⑻ Bathroom size If you are looking for hot springs or services, it is better not to come.Bad points⑴ Too much food is wasted. The two of us couldn't finish all of our food, which made Nakai-san worry. However, when you consider food loss, this is a pretty wasteful amount. I wish they would have thought a little more about the amount of food.

The nightly rate is cheap, and the food is plentiful. You can enjoy fresh flounder. I wish the hot spring water was a little hotter. However, I was satisfied because there was a hot spring in the room bath.

This was my first time in Hirado, and the inn was located on the northern edge of the country, surrounded by natural fortresses 🙇 I was wondering if there was really an inn up ahead when I arrived 😅 Although the building looked old from the outside. The equipment was up-to-date and well-equipped 🙆 I took my time to take a bath 🙋 The highlight was the exquisite food prepared by my son that made the best use of the ingredients, and it was so voluminous that hardly anyone could finish it 😅 I had a good rest and my wife also wants to go again 👍️

In a sense, it is an inn that is only known to those in the know. A ryokan that understands whether it's better to make full use of the ingredients or to use techniques to flourish when it comes to cooking. I'm a fan of the former, so I was very satisfied. It's unpretentious, and even though it's in a remote area, I can't believe that it's made with these ingredients and is this delicious for less than ¥15,000 for two meals. Both the meat and fish were excellent. The breakfast was simple, but they served pickled sashimi that we couldn't finish the night before, as well as Hirado's specialties. I controlled it, but I still needed two and a half cups of rice. When you go, be sure to go for the most expensive plan. Even so, it will cost less than ¥15,000. By the way, it is a small but hot hot spring rock bath.I think it's a family run business, so it's nonsense to expect hospitality given the location. Thank you for your hard work in providing service.

This ryokan is located in a remote area of Hirado, quite far from the city. The inside of the building has been somewhat renovated. In a sense, I think it's an inn that specializes in food (especially fish).Although the location, rooms, hot springs, etc. are a bit low-rated, I think it's a very nice inn if you come here for the meal.Anyway, the fish was fresh and the food was delicious.
