My first trip to Osaka in a year. I chose this hotel because it felt clean and new, as I wanted to go to Namba and Shinsaibashi. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but it wasn't a problem. Check-in and check-out are self-service. However, the person at the front desk at that time simply introduced the room number. As a first-time guest, I felt lonely that there was no explanation about the equipment or breakfast. I wonder if it's like this because it's self.The room was clean and I liked that the toilet and bath were in separate rooms. The room was quiet so I was able to relax.This time I chose a plan that included breakfast, but there was a variety of options, and I was able to enjoy Osaka gourmet foods such as meat soup and kushikatsu. The rice made with dashi soup was also delicious. However, maybe it was just my imagination, but I got the feeling that the staff were tired and lacked energy. That said, I think this is a hotel that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.

There was a live performance by my favorite artist, and it seemed like it would be difficult to make a day trip, so I was looking for a hotel that I had never stayed at before, one that wasn't too cheap or too expensive, and had separate baths. I finally arrived at Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Osaka Shinsaibashi.I think it's easy to access, within 10 minutes walk from Honmachi Station and Shinsaibashi Station.When I went to check in, even though I arrived at the hotel nearly 30 minutes early, the female staff member who helped me was kind and helpful, as she taught me various things and helped me with the check-in process. I got itI was able to get into my room early, so I was able to enjoy the show meaningfully without being late to the LIVE venue.The room was also larger than what I saw in the photos online, and I was grateful that the bath and toilet were separate.The bed was comfortable and I was able to use it comfortably.The view was on the side of a building, so I didn't think it was very nice, but I think my impression would have been different if I had a room on the other side.This time, we stayed with breakfast included, and it was great that breakfast was available from 6:30am.If you had an early breakfast, there weren't many people around, so you could take your time, look at the menu, and enjoy what you wanted to eat. It was really nice to be able to concentrate on my breakfast without having to worry about things falling off my plate or what others might think.

Good hotel 10 or 15 minutes walk from the most tourist area. Spacious and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The closest metro station, a 10-minute walk away, can be a bit heavy if you have a lot of luggage.
