This is a hotel that has been beautifully renovated, including the plumbing, while maintaining an old folk house. A waterway runs through the private garden, creating a nice atmosphere. The approach from the shopping street is also very interesting. The welcome drink and the beer in the refrigerator in the room were delicious.I chose a plan that included breakfast. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the cafe next to the building. The rice was also freshly cooked in a clay pot.The bath draws hot spring water, and it is said that if you leave the water running for about 10 minutes, the hot spring will come out (there was an hourglass with a 10-minute timer). Add water to adjust the hot water level. The water is quite hot, so it might be a good idea to close the stopper after about 8 minutes. The parking lot behind the building can be accessed from the one road on the sea side of the shopping street. Furthermore, the road is one-way, so if you prepare in advance using Street View, it will go smoothly.Since it is an old private house, it is not airtight, and small customers from outside occasionally come in, but they are treated with respect.I looked everywhere for the location of the safe, but I couldn't find it until the end...

I used it in early summer. As the name suggests, the wind blows through the water veins, making it very comfortable and I was able to spend a luxurious time there. I arrived at Shimabara a little early due to work, so I was wondering how to spend my time there, and then I found out that the second floor was a co-working space. I was able to order coffee and spend the time as a workday, so I was very grateful. For dinner, go to Madoka across the street. The fresh seafood was also exceptional. There is a hot spring in the hotel's private room, but you can also go to the sauna and hot spring at Nanpurou while walking around town.Whether it's work or travel. It was a wonderful inn where you could enjoy the town of Shimabara and experience quality time based at Hotel Suiren. I will go again.

This is an old Japanese-style inn adjacent to a local shopping street. I stayed in the "Shizuku" room.It was a blissful time to take a nap while looking out at the Japanese garden from the sofa ♨️ The room purposely takes advantage of the old-fashioned structure, such as the toilet being outside, so you can experience a little bit of life in an old private house. Is it a little cold? I was worried, but I had a comfortable stay. Also, the spring water from Shimabara flowing through the garden and inside the building was very clean and soothing. The water in the room was said to be spring water and was very delicious! We had dinner at a restaurant across the street, and it was delicious local Japanese food, the drinks were delicious, and we had a happy time. Breakfast seems to be from the same restaurant. It seems like they have a co-working space, so next time I think it would be a good idea to go there early and work hard. The staff were also very kind. I will use it again!

I had the best accommodation experience in Shimabara. From the selection of amenities to the design of the room, every detail was paid attention to, and you could feel the love they had for their guests.Suine is a highly recommended accommodation for people who like reading and writing.●A detached room with a view of the garden will enrich your soul. Feeling like a literary master, things come to mind that you wouldn't normally think of, and your creative desire is stimulated. The atmosphere is different in the morning and at night. The inn takes into account the historical context of the building, and the fact that you can hear the sound of running water right there will fill you with a quiet sense of comfort.●I was very happy that they had a bottle of Shimabara spring water in the room to keep it cool. Thanks to Shimabara's spring water, the coffee and tea you want while you work will be of high quality. Of course, you can also drink it as is. If you run out of water, there is a place 3 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get water, so you can drink until you are satisfied. Even the containers, such as glasses and bottles, are classy, which makes you feel good.●The food at Madoka, the restaurant across the street from the inn, is exceptional. A must-have option. I had dinner inside the restaurant and breakfast at the Suine Cafe space. Each dish was sparkling and sparkling, and many times I found myself wide-eyed as I tasted it for the first time. The rice cooked in a pot that is served in the morning is light and delicious, and the side dishes are so delicious that you can't stop eating with your chopsticks. Since I can refill it myself, I've had several cups since morning.

I stayed here right after it opened. First of all, the parking lot was difficult to find, so I hope it will be improved.Others were impressed and comfortable! There was a check-in reception desk in the middle of the cafe, and after receiving an explanation from the staff at the cafe, we were guided to our room. I was surprised by the room where you can feel the hidden Christian history typical of Nagasaki.Furthermore, the garden was large and there was a river, and the river was clear and there were fish swimming around, so we could relax on the veranda.Although it's an old private house, it had some conveniences (Balmuda air purifier, Solania hair dryer, local coffee, tea, sweets, refrigerator, humidifier) and was quite comfortable. In the refrigerator, the spring water I had drawn that day was kept cool in a glass bottle, and when I drank it, it permeated my body. The fact that it does not use plastic bottles was also highly likable. The best part was the dinner and breakfast. The Shimabara course meal at the restaurant across the street, a 10-second walk away, was delicious, had a nice atmosphere, and the drinks went well. It seems to be a popular restaurant, but the hotel arranged it for me so it was easy. For breakfast, we had Japanese food prepared by a restaurant across the street at a cafe in front of the store. The old private house was reserved for private use, and the breakfast brought to us by the staff was luxurious. The earthenware pot rice and local sausage were especially delicious.I was satisfied with the good location, being close to tourist spots and having dinner at a restaurant across the street.
