This has become one of my favorite Marriott hotels that I have stayed at so far.The staff's hospitality was very high and it was a comfortable stay.Also, the tea in the tea closet in the room was very cute and delicious.When I looked into it, it looked like a tea shop in Nagasaki, and even though it's a foreign hotel, they incorporated local items well, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

In October 2024, I stayed for one night on a weekday when the Nagasaki Kunchi Festival was being held. This time I stayed using points.The values that each person seeks in a hotel may vary, but looking back on this stay, I found a comfortable hotel that touched my heart in a well-balanced manner with various elements such as location, building, room, scenery, amenities, lounge, restaurant, and staff hospitality. It was.The room upgrades weren't that great, but the large veranda with a great view and the 24-hour lounge were especially good. The braised manju at cocktail hour in the lounge and the eggs Benedict for breakfast were delicious.The only disappointing thing was the parking lot. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to understand how to access the parking lot and how to pay. I wish there was a valet parking service.If I have a chance to go to Nagasaki again, I would like to stay there again.

Used it for afternoon tea.The service was excellent and I felt like a celebrity.The food and tea were great, but the prices were high. . . And it would have been nice to have a higher floor.I would like to go again if I have a chance.

Nice hotel. The staff was very nice and greeted us when we came in. I didn't expect the bathroom and the bedroom to be linked together, but I solved the problem by sliding the doorframe thingy. Anyway, I recommend this hotel to stay in.

■Bad pointsHow to enter the parking lot and the system is difficult to understand. It would be unreasonable to have the same parking lot as customers using the adjacent shopping center.I've had breakfast. I was eating in a good mood, but I was irritated by the ``wanting to clean up the dishes'' behavior of some domestic Marriott employees.If there is enough space on the table for one person, there is no need to clear the dishes, and if you want them to be cleared, move the plates to an easier place. I want you to stop saying things like, ``I'll clean up the plate,'' when you're putting food in your mouth. Understand what a service is.■Good pointsThe room has a nice view and a large balcony. I was surprised at how loud the engines of diesel cars at Nagasaki Station were.I only had breakfast, but it was delicious every day. I would have loved to have dinner if I wasn't alone.The lounge was comfortable. There were many types of alcohol.All the staff work diligently. There are many people who are not used to it, but it feels good to be active.Although I wasn't taking the train, it was convenient to be near Nagasaki Station and to be able to use its restaurant district.I liked that the toothbrush and toothpaste were separate, and that the cotton swab and unnecessary amenities were not included in the set.
