This business hotel is located a few minutes walk from Nagasaki Station, and can be used for a wide range of purposes as a base for sightseeing and business in Nagasaki City.It was named Orion because of the night view that spreads out from the window at night.I have stayed here several times in the past, and this was the hotel I stayed at when I first visited Nagasaki. In the spring after I graduated from high school, I went on my first solo expedition, but on Monday, March 13, 2000, I boarded the sleeper express Sakura, which departed from Tokyo at 6:03 p.m., and headed for Nagasaki all night on the Blue Train passenger car, and then the next day. We arrived in Nagasaki at 13:05.I stayed at the Nagasaki Orion Hotel on the night of Tuesday, March 14, 2000.By the way, there seems to have been a legend that if you ride the sleeper express Sakura, you will dream of your teacher. When I was sleeping in the B berth of the sleeper express Sakura, my homeroom teacher when I was in my third year of high school It appeared in my dream.Sleeping on a clanking berth was a romantic idea from the good old days, but the sleeper express train that connects Tokyo and Kyushu has been frequent since the JNR era, and tickets were surprisingly easy to get.The 1975s were the Blue Train's heyday.

Nagasaki Orion Hotel is within walking distance from Nagasaki Station, making it a very convenient location. This is a hotel with excellent cost performance, allowing you to stay at relatively reasonable rates even during the busy season. It had a calm atmosphere, and I was impressed by the feeling of nostalgia and warmth. The guest rooms are key-operated and do not have automatic locks, but I did not feel any inconvenience or anxiety during my stay. The room seemed a little small in size, but it was clean and had all the necessary facilities, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there. Wi-Fi is also available for free, but it was not encrypted with a password, so I felt that it would be more secure to use it if it was encrypted for security reasons.Overall, it was a hotel with a quiet and calm environment and warm service that made me feel comfortable and would want to visit again.

It can be reached by crossing the Nagasaki Station Overpass. Stay in a Japanese-style room and experience tatami mats. The room has a sense of age, but the price is great value.

It's behind the bus terminal in front of Nagasaki Station. It's right next to the station, so I feel like the bathtub is a little small.
