The rooms are very comfortable and the youth hostel is located in the city center. I recommend for those who want to spend a night or two in the heart of the action without spending a fortune.Breakfast is basic but perfectly suited to start your day (I speak as a Westerner because unlimited tea/coffee, sandwich bread, jam and butter are provided)

Very warm welcome and hospitable service. Room was good, but sometimes noisy from other visitor. Perfectly located near tourist sites, you can take a walk to places such as Shinchi Chinatown, Dejima and Glover Garden

As the name of the hotel suggests, the exterior and interior are all white. Very clean. The security is also very solid (a big plus is that there is a locked security box near the bedside), so it's no wonder there are so many female guests. The location is excellent, right next to Chinatown, with a 24-hour convenience store across the street, and close to the airport bus, tram, and city bus stops. If I have a chance to come to Nagasaki next time, I will definitely come again.

All I can say is that it's a great location. Another strength is that it is tied up with the parking lot next door. This time, I was given a double private room, which I found very useful as it didn't bother me when I was alone.

At midnight, the woman next to my bed suddenly open my curtain, it happened twice!!! She is so rude and I’m so afraid, since there is no staff at night, I cannot ask for help immediately. This is such a bad experience for me.Other facilities are very good, bed and room are clean.I think I’m bad luck to have such a bad and crazy roommate!

I was a female traveling alone and used the dormitory + space for 2 days. This is a warm and very easy to use guest house.Regarding the condition of the room, the floor and walls tend to reflect sound, so I was a little concerned, but other guests were using the room quietly, so it didn't bother me. As others have mentioned, the stairs are a little steep. Room types from 1st to 3rd floor are at a manageable angle, but the stairs from 4th floor and above are steep, so those with large suitcases may want to consider this.Since it's a self-check-in/out system, you may not meet anyone until check-out.The common room on the 1st floor is generally unmanned, but sometimes there is a female manager who greets us with a smile. I don't think there is much to worry about since most of the people using the shared room are alone.

We used a twin room for women only. There was a shower room, sink, and toilet right after leaving the room, so it was very convenient. In the morning, you will receive free bread, coffee, and tea. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it's very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, so it's a great place to enjoy Nagasaki gourmet food.Snacks in the building next door? I could hear the sound of karaoke, but it didn't really bother me.If you are concerned about this, earplugs are also sold on the first floor, so you may want to purchase them.
