Many other cottages don't allow grilled meat, but it's great because it's the only place where you can do it. It even has wifi, you can use the hot springs for free, and the service is great. It's a very valuable place because there aren't many cottages in the countryside that have Wi-Fi. However, I would like you to leave your car at your cottage at your own risk.

On October 22, 2021, I stayed at Mori no Cottage Manten House "Libra" for 4 people with my family of 3 and a large dog (40 kg). When I made the reservation, it didn't say that large dogs were OK, but I contacted the location and was told that it was OK. There are two bunk beds, a simple kitchen, a spoon, a hori kotatsu (not used yet due to the season), a cooler, and a FF fan heater. Although there is a bath and toilet, I took a bath in the main hotel building. The room is compact but well organized and easy to use. From the parking lot for the cottage in question, you have to climb a dark steep slope to get to the cottage, which is more than 30 meters away, making it difficult to bring in large dog cages and luggage, so it is better to park at the end of the parking lot on the side of the main hotel and access from there. It was good.

Used by 2 adults and 1 toddler during summer vacation. The 8-person lodge is located in a remote location. There is also a promenade, which is nice to walk from the front desk. (Please keep an eye on your child as it is narrow)Although the lodge is showing signs of age, I think it's a great place to get together with your family or group. My daughter was very excited to sleep on a futon in the loft. For those who usually sleep in bed, it may be difficult to sleep with a futon on the floor. Your back may hurt the next morning.

I stayed at the cottage on the weekend after Golden Week in May. It's located in the mountains, so it's quiet and has a nice atmosphere, but there are an unusual number of stink bugs. There are a lot of stink bugs in the room. It's still stink bugs no matter how much you kill them. Whether you look to the right or left, there are stink bugs. A full sky of stink bugs. I stayed there looking for solace, but it felt like I was there to get rid of stink bugs. People who hate insects should definitely avoid it. I won't stay again.
