I live locally and have stayed at your hotel 5 or 6 times since it opened.Dissatisfied pointsThe start time of the public bath is getting later and later.I have registered as a member on the official website.Points expire after a year. What was good about itThis time I went to KAKUUCHI for drinks for the first time, and it was a great experience at a low price. But I'd like to have some wine.I really like the public bath, so I'd like to go in at least 3pm. Especially in rooms without showers.thank you.

It was a time sale plan of 8,300 yen at Agoda. I gave the rating a 3 because the room was on the 4th floor, the smallest one without a view, because it was cheap, but it was clean and beautiful. I think it would be a good idea to have a spray to deodorize your clothes. Nowadays, pretty much every hotel has one available.Although it is a business hotel, there is a large public bath and it was very clean and nice. Also, the breakfast was bread, and the side dishes that were sandwiched between the freshly baked bread were of high quality. Each item was handmade, the breakfast staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious. I'm glad I included breakfast. Also, the airport bus stop is right behind it, and it's close to the streetcar, so I think the location is great. Depending on the time of day, some of the people at the reception seemed a bit businesslike and cold, so I think it would be nice if they were a little more smiling since it's a tourist area. The male breakfast information staff was smiling and had a wonderful start to the morning.

We had just two nights here, but it wasn’t enough! It was a wonderful stay, everything was provided, the staff were delightful (a recurring theme in Japan), and helpful. There’s an arcade across the road selling everything, more eateries than you can shake a stick at, bus and train just a hop and a skip away. We left bags there before and after our stay.Dejima, the wharfs, temples, all walking distance. The hotel was also excellent value for money.Hugely recommended!

The location is good, and the room and public bath are clean and I'm very satisfied.I had booked another capsule hotel until the last minute, but the video that introduced this one was good, so I made the decision to change it in a hurry. The open-air bath was comfortable and the morning bath was also great! It was a nice hotel that I really liked, simple, not fancy, and no waste.

I took a room without a bath, but the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly.Payment is made in advance, so all you have to do to check out is return the key to the key box and return home is smooth. If I ever go to Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to use it again.

I'm Japanese and live overseas. On the day of the flight, the itinerary was changed due to a delay, so we asked for a walk-in accommodation. When checking in, I was asked to show proof of address (such as a driver's license). I recorded the address accurately and was surprised as it was the first time I had been asked to confirm my address.I paid in advance and wrote down my phone number. I have stayed at hotels many times, but this is the first time I have been asked for proof of address.Unfortunately, overseas driver's licenses usually do not have an address written on them, and of course I didn't have any other mail with me.I didn't know if I needed it, but I told the staff that I had a passport, and the staff member said he would like to see it.If you work in the tourism industry, you probably understand that there is no address written on your passport. However, for some reason, the staff was not looking at the passport number page, but rather at the travel history and foreign visa page. It's strange that I have to show my passport even though I'm Japanese, and I was surprised because this was my first experience like this. It's not even customs at the airport, so is it really necessary to look that far?The next day, I informed the front desk staff in the morning that I had booked an additional night stay online. When it was check-in time in the afternoon, I was asked to write down my address again when completing the check-in procedure.I told them that I had stayed the night before, but my address was not registered. What happened in the conversation the day before when I was asked to confirm the address?I'm not a criminal, and I think my clothes and appearance are very normal, so I don't think there was anything suspicious about me, so I was uncomfortable.I think the problem is that people are checking their identity too much more than necessary. The room was clean, the shower head was refurbished, and there was a hot spring bath, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.
