The room was very good.I'm just a little disappointed with the food. It came out so fast that I felt like I was being rushed and couldn't calm down.

The room condition was very good and the staff were very friendly. But everything else is not so good. Usually, in other high-end ryokans, room and restaurant meals are divided in the order of expensive room reservations. I used the second most expensive suite, but they said room reservations were on a first-come, first-served basis and made me sit in the worst seat in the restaurant with no view of the sea. However, I made a room meal reservation. There is no notice anywhere on the website that this must be done. Also, the blue crabs didn't taste sweet at all, and although they said they boiled the crabs they bought, they didn't feel that fresh. They said they would prepare them, but they only did minimal preparations, so it was very difficult to eat them. You have to peel the shrimp yourself, and they said grilled crab would be served, but it didn't come out. I was the only Korean, and the Japanese customers changed the wasabi right in front of me, but I just brought it to them and cleaned the crab as well as possible. I felt discriminated against, including my position. I stayed in room 602, the second most expensive room, for almost 1 million won, but the service was at the level of a low-level ryokan. The safety bar in front of the open-air bath is made of black iron, so you can't see the view at all. It's the worst value for money ryokan I've ever been to.

postscriptI saw a post on social media that said, ``It's better to keep the service that moved you in your heart,'' and I remembered that I happened to be treated with kindness that I wasn't supposed to receive, so I decided to withhold the details of the response. .2024/2/23I visited to use the sauna.I've heard rumors about it, and it's one of the saunas I wanted to go to before leaving Kyushu because it has a spectacular view.As rumored, the hot sauna with a spectacular view and the deep cold water bath are all perfect! I was once again reminded of the Sauna Kingdom Saga.In addition to the sauna, I was very impressed by the high level of hospitality provided by the inn. This is because, before I came here, I had some business to do in Nagasaki, so I was going to take a taxi from Konagai Station and then walk to Hizen-Oura Station on the way back (because there were no buses and I didn't plan on catching a taxi), and then I was going to take the train back to Saga. It wasI went there by taxi as planned. When I returned my items to the front desk after the sauna, I was treated very kindly.Thank you very much for that section!Feeling happy and sorry, I bought a souvenir from the front desk in hopes of making some sales lol.Every staff member I met was courteous, and it was an inn I would want to stay at next time.I have left Kyushu so I don't know when it will be, but I will visit you again someday.

I used it for the first time around late September, for my wedding anniversary which was coming up the following week, and also as my last trip together before the birth of my child as I was pregnant.I had originally booked a different inn, but my husband did a lot of research and found this inn because I was selfish and wanted to eat crab.I visited the hotel with high expectations based on what I saw on the website and YouTube, but the actual inn was very clean, including the guest rooms and bathrooms, and I was able to spend my time there more comfortably than I had imagined. The Ariake Sea and Mt. Fugen can be seen from the large windows, and the view is magnificent, and with the harvest moon in full bloom, we were able to fully enjoy the scenery. All the meals were very satisfying. The pudding I received at check-in had a sweetness that was gentle on my hungry stomach. It was so delicious that it left me wanting more.Since we had informed her in advance that she was pregnant, she prepared meals avoiding raw foods. Thank you for your response. The hot pot I had for dinner was full of vegetables and I was very happy. Everything, including the appetizers, was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, and my husband, who usually eats silently, was especially happy when he ate the crab and Saga beef, and I could tell he was satisfied. The photo service also became a memory of the trip.Breakfast was the best time since the morning, with each elaborately prepared dish being delicious. When I checked in, a female staff member with a lovely smile was mainly responsible for guiding me to my room and serving me at dinner, but she also brought me a hair tie to tie my hair at the perfect time. When I looked at how they treated other customers, I could tell that they were always keeping their eyes on the customers. At breakfast, raw eggs were on the menu, but since I was pregnant and avoided eating raw eggs, which I love, I thought I'd give my husband some for him to eat as well. The person in charge of the kitchen who came to bring the food? A man wearing a hat noticed the raw eggs and asked, ``Would you like a fried egg?'' This natural conversation warmed my heart as I felt the male staff's attentiveness and information sharing among the staff.I'm not good with insects, so I had to be brave to take a bath in the open-air bath in my room, but I was able to kill bugs with my husband before taking a bath and then enjoy the open-air bath slowly. It is the fate of open-air baths that insects come in (^^)I've written so much about it at length, but it was a truly wonderful inn.I would like to visit again when my child is born and I am old enough to take long trips.Thank you for letting us spend a wonderful time with you.

The lobby and each room in the hotel are equipped with Scandinavian furniture and classic furniture, making it a space that interior design fans will love. The deck overlooking the Ariake Sea and the open-air bath also have an outstanding view.

Facilities such as sauna 🧖 and room are really great ☺️ (Stayed in luxury suite)However, for an inn in this price range, I felt that there were many improvements to be made regarding dinner. First of all, Black Tiger has a slight odor that negates the good aroma of other dishes, including the Takezaki crab (which ruins the sense of immersion since I'm in a job where I can see the cost composition ratio of ingredients), and it leaves a slight smell in my mouth. I did. As others have pointed out, shouldn't we be particular about local production for local consumption, even if the quantity is limited? Also, there are many ways to prevent insects in the bathtub without spending a lot of money, but there are no measures against stink bugs. This is an inn with great potential, so if this area is improved, it will be a place that would make sense even if you were staying at an inn in the same price range, such as Wataya Bessou. The sauna was really amazing ☺️ I will use it again.

I stayed in a room on the first floor. It was spacious, the indoor bath was good, it wasn't cluttered, the amenities were good, the customer service was great, and the food was delicious and not too strong. The owner? Maybe it's just my hobby, but I had too many artworks and it felt like I was running out of quality. Cleaning was also difficult and there were some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. If the artwork was carefully selected, it would be easier for customers and cleaning. There was some bad oldness left behind (I wasn't really worried about it).I'll come again.
