I definitely don't recommend it if you want to enjoy Unzen Onsen.・When you arrive at the reception desk, the air conditioner isn't working at all, and the products and bottles at the shop are dirty and dry. image・The woman at the reception will take care of you, and you will carry all your carry-on bags and luggage to your room by yourself.・The photo of the room is a fraud! ? I chose a room with an open-air bath, but the open-air bath is small. The toilets are also dirty and smelly, and there's hair and dust everywhere because they haven't been cleaned at all.・I want to lie down on tatami mats, but I feel itchy when I do so.・When making a reservation for rice one month in advance, I wrote in the notes section that I would not like eggs, dairy products, or meat (fish is OK), but this would be confirmed at the reception on the day of the reservation. And at night, I checked many times and managed to eat something edible, but unfortunately I had kamaboko egg whites at night and ham the next morning. For a ryokan, the food is a parade of ready-made meals. The food is also not as delicious as any other inn I've been to. The staff was constantly watching over the food service, which made me feel uneasy.・Even though I had a room with an open-air bath, the open-air bath was lukewarm. Even though it's mid-August. I asked the receptionist on the phone that there are valves for "hot water" and "source", but are they special tools? It cannot be adjusted without it. Moreover, if you put out hot water, it will get hot, but the amount that can be released from the source is fixed, so you can't get it out. At first, the woman at the reception desk gave us hot water as usual, and even a hot spring source...? Is it possible to reduce costs by responding differently depending on the staff?・The next day, when I was getting ready to go home, I moved the basket where I put my towels and other items, and a large cockroach came out, which shocked me.・When checking out, I told them, but they said, ``Oh, I'm sorry! Now, let's take care of the bill...'' and paid 25,000 yen for one person and 50,000 yen for two people. A low-quality inn that doesn't match the price. I will never go again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Even 10,000 yen per person feels expensive.I applied on Jalan, but is it a photo scam? Personally, I would definitely avoid choosing Unzen Ryokan when going to Unzen Ryokan, as the level of filth in the rooms and poor service stands out.I think it's okay if you just want the quality of the hot springs and not the service. The quality was the worst I have ever paid for. There was no sign of any bad behavior from the staff, and they seemed unfazed. I have written a review.

This time, I used it for a family celebration.Firstly, the food was extremely delicious! Also, since it was a celebratory occasion, there was some service that I hadn't expected, so I have very good impressions. All the staff were young and I talked to them and it was fun. There are many things to choose from, but I think the location is good, the food is good, and above all, the staff's service is the best.Thank you to all the staff.I'm sure there are other opinions, but my impression of our family this time is the best😀

It's perfect for a regular stay. It's perfect for sightseeing in Unzen, with a hot spring shrine and Unzen Jigoku next door. Some rooms do not have an indoor bath (only a shower), so if you have the budget, we recommend a room with an open-air bath. The following is just my personal reason for giving it 4 stars.I would have given it 5 stars if either the large public bath or the open-air bath was open 24 hours a day and there was also a room where smoking was allowed.

This is a hot spring inn located in Unzen, Obama-cho, Unzen City, Nagasaki Prefecture. As it is a long-established inn, the facilities are old, but it is clean and has a calm atmosphere. In addition, the hot water is 100% hot spring water, with no addition of water or heating, and the color of the water changes depending on the day. Near the inn are hot spring town-style souvenir shops and restaurants, as well as Unzen Jigoku, where you can see the smell of sulfur and the rich steam of the hot springs everywhere.

We used a room with an open-air bath. It's a luxury to be able to easily enjoy hot water that is fed directly from our own hot spring source and is rated perfectly by the Hot Spring Association. The hot springs are strong. And strong. I think Unzen has one of the highest quality springs in Kyushu. As for the food, it's okay. The dining venue is like a large hall, but there are no partitions and a large number of people can gather together. There may be some people who are a little resistant.I think it's a good value for money at Unzen with an open-air bath for around 20,000 yen per person.

Although the building is old, I stayed in a renovated Western-style room. The room was spacious. A Wi-Fi repeater was installed in the room, so I had a stable internet connection. The food was neither bad nor good. It was a hot spring. As expected, this is an accommodation facility that prides itself on its hot water, but it would have been nice to be able to take a bath 24 hours a day. Considering the price, it is a reasonable accommodation facility.
