This is my first time using it, but I don't know the criteria for rating it in terms of location, so I'm giving it 3 stars. Everything else is 5 stars or higher. The room is clean and has a separate bathroom. However, please note that if you stay for less than 6 days, cleaning will not be included. You cannot eat meals in your room, so you will need to eat at a table in the communal facilities. Apparently it's because the room smells so bad. Perhaps because of this, the room smells like a Japanese cypress tree. It may be different depending on the room. There are not many restaurants within walking distance, so shopping at the nearby Maeda Supermarket is recommended. There are plenty of communal facilities, so we were able to cook food using ingredients purchased at the supermarket, and some of the members were actually staying there. There is an ice machine, vending machine, IT stove, microwave oven, and hot plate. There are also spoons, stirrers, bridges, and a large refrigerator. The refrigerator is shared, so you need to write down your room number. Of course, there is also a small refrigerator in the room.

Although it has a unique system such as a ticket vending machine, the interior is clean and comfortable. The room was like a one-room apartment, with separate toilet and bath.Especially recommended for business trips (^^)

The rooms are new and clean.It's reasonably spacious and doesn't feel oppressive.Amenities are prepared in the hallway and there is no shortage.The shower blowouts are also fine.It's breakfast, but there are many items and it's wonderful.
