First time in Aomori prefecture. I visited for work.Hotels in Aomori City are more expensive than I expected when making hotel reservations, but I found Kotora 2135 at a relatively low price.Since it's my first time here, I don't know where the convenience is, but I think it's within walking distance to the downtown area, and I think I can walk to Aomori Station if I try hard enough. There is a main building and an annex, and reception takes place at the main building.I was shown to an annex. The front desk staff is very polite and gives a good impression. As everyone says, the room has a separate bath and toilet, and the toilet area is unnecessarily large lol.Although the facilities are old, I was able to stay for 2 nights without any inconvenience. If I had to force myself to say, I think the location of the outlet is not up to date.I couldn't find a convenience store unless I walked a little bit, so if you need anything, I think it's better to buy it in advance.

Personally, I would have preferred a breakfast buffet, but if you don't mind, the downtown area is within walking distance. However, the building feels cold in the winter.

This is the first hotel I stayed at. Breakfast was on the first floor of the annex building, and the food was delicious and served by a cheerful manager. I would like to go again.

The entrance to the parking lot was difficult to find. The room was spacious and clean. This hotel is trying to cut costs, so you can get the amenities you need from the front desk. There was no air conditioning in the hallway either.

It can't be helped because it's a cheap "Nebuta Festival tour".Although it is old, it is well kept. The lobby is small and there is only one elevator. Replaced linens were left at the entrance of the stairs. The ice maker is out of order (R6.August) and the front desk is unfriendly. It's reasonable for the price.

I used it on August 3rd. Both the room and bathroom were good.

Impressions after staying for one night and points that were difficult to understand on the internet⚪︎FrontThis hotel actually has a main building and an annex. The front desk is located in the main building. The staff were very polite and kind.⚪︎Parking lotReservations are required to use this facility, so don't forget to make a reservation. If you forget, you may have to use a paid parking lot.The entrance to the parking lot is a narrow path (there is a sign) between the main building and the annex, so it's quite nerve-wracking as you might get scratched.By the way, it is also possible to park in front of the private house between the main building and the annex.Even if you don't want to get off the train, it's probably a good idea to park your car in front of the main building, go to the front desk, and ask where to park.If you can park in front of a private house, it will be quite comfortable. If you find this process troublesome, there is a paid parking lot right behind the annex, so you can use that.⚪︎AnnexI stayed in the annex. There is no front desk.⚪︎Unit bathAccording to reviews, the bathroom and toilet are completely separate...The annex single room at least had a unit bath. (However, the unit bath was spacious and comfortable.)It is unclear whether the bathroom and toilet were not completely separate because it was a single room or because it was in an annex.⚪︎SummaryIf you are planning to stay alone and don't want a hotel that is that good, I think this is a good hotel. It's not often that I get to stay in Aomori City, but personally, I'd like to include it as a possible place to stay next time.
