We stayed two nights here as a part of our monthlong hike on a the Michinoku Coastal Trail. The inn was in a lovely spot. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and so nice. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. Delicious food and so many choices. The complimentary coffee and ice cream were a nice treat. We highly recommend.

I had a great stay here recently. The rooms were so clean and bright. I could hear the ocean when I opened the window. I don't normally like sleeping on futons or standard ryokan pillows, but these were very comfortable. The breakfast was very interesting, with unfamiliar pickled and fish-related dishes. They were able to accommodate me and replace meat dishes with tofu.Fro the inn you can walk around the Goishi coast. It's an easy hike (even largely wheelchair accessible) but has great views of the dramatic cliffs and waves.

The other day, my family of 4 took care of me.We would like to thank Umi Sanpo's husband, landlady, and other employees.I was able to see the smiles on my mother's and family's faces. It was a coincidence that I stayed here, and I would like to thank you for providing such heartwarming service. As for the host, the room was very clean, and the toilet and small corners of the room were also very clean. The futon was clean and very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. As for the food, everything on the dinner menu was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. Crab, bonito tataki, tuna, red shrimp, swordfish sashimi, vegetables, local fish, shrimp tempura, fried tanager, salt-grilled shrimp, shrimp, sea bream, red fish, panna shellfish, steamed vegetables, chawan mushi, The dessert was really delicious with sea bream rice, seaweed miso, and ice cream. The other menu items were also delicious. The shrimp tempura in particular was delicious and you could eat it all from head to tail.Breakfast is just as delicious as dinner. We offer the luxury of refilling fresh salmon roe, as well as a wide variety of sashimi, swordfish, squid, and salmon that you can enjoy in the morning. The squid in particular was delicious, it had a rich flavor and was delicious. On a personal note, I ended up eating three bowls of salmon roe rice with sashimi. There are also a wide variety of other items, including sausages, fried eggs, natto, salted squid, fish, cod roe, salad, kelp, seaweed, and pickled plums. Both dinner and breakfast ◎Even though it was so delicious and I was full, I ended up eating too much! !If you are looking for delicious food, please visit us.

Last week, I traveled from Tokyo to Iwate to plan a surprise for my mother-in-law.As we traveled from Morioka to Tono, Ofunato, and then to Ichinoseki, we were taken care of by Mr. Umi-sanpo.Six people, myself and my wife, my wife's mother and sister, and two female relatives, shared three rooms. The location, food, and service were highly praised by all participants. "You did a great job of finding this inn!"...It was definitely an inn that not many people wanted to know about. From the time I made the reservation, Mr. Owada was very responsive and I consulted with him about various things. My desire to feed my wife some delicious sea urchin didn't go well. The fresh seafood was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all.We had a wonderful time, including the walking courses around the area.I am planning to visit again in the near future.

I visited at the worst possible time, on the second day of the Obon holiday, when Typhoon No. 5 hit the next morning, but the building is new, sturdy, and probably has good sound insulation. The room was so quiet you wouldn't believe it was a typhoon. The location is probably good, as it seems to be located in the hollow of the bay, behind the wind, and although you can see large and fierce white waves on the rocky shore in the distance, there are no large waves in the sea in front of you. It's safe. The food lived up to my expectations, and my favorite shellfish was also delicious. It was worth running all the way to get here.

This is Sasaki (Sato), who took care of me last week. A few years ago, I used to visit Goishiso every year, but this was my first time since the earthquake. When I went to Ofunato in early fall last year, I remembered Goishiso and searched for it on the map, and Umi Sanpo came up. I thought it was rude, but I was able to talk to the man at the front desk about various things, and he even remembered my name from the memories we shared, which made me feel truly grateful. We informed them of our intention to stay on the spot, and we ended up staying this time. Last week the weather was very nice and I was able to enjoy the best vacation ever, and I was very impressed. Even though we are still fresh from the deep wounds of the earthquake, my wife was pleased with the hospitality we received. The food has been the best ever since I was at Goishiso, but this time I was so satisfied with the food that I couldn't finish it all. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we look forward to staying with you the next time you come to Ofunato. Thank you for your understanding.

Anyway, the food is delicious and the quantity is perfect. The all-you-can-eat salmon roe and seasonal sashimi in the morning were exquisite. The swordfish otoro was a sashimi unique to Sanriku!

This time I decided to go here because you can have all-you-can-eat salmon roe for breakfast. No elevator, only stairsThe entrance is also a staircase, so it might be difficult for people with bad legs.Another disappointment was that the bath only had indoor baths with boiling water. For someone like me who likes hot springs and saunas, I wasn't satisfied with the experience, but I went in three times during my stay and was always able to relax as it was private and the temperature of the water was 40 degrees Celsius, so it was great.Dinner was all seafood, with sashimi and abalone. When it comes to shrimp, you can eat it in many different ways, including raw, grilled, fried, and steamed! He said that all the dishes were delicious and that it was a testament to the chef's skill. For breakfast, of course, you can enjoy unlimited salmon roe, and you can also get refills. This is enough for rice, but the other dishes are delicious and I end up running out of rice (lol)Recently, the number of accommodations that offer welcome drinks has increased, but here you can enjoy unlimited coffee during your stay.(It was hot, so I wanted an iced coffee.)What's even more amazing is that you can eat ice cream after taking a bath, but this is also unlimited.I ate a lot, not only after a bath, but also as a dessert after a meal, and even before going to bed (lol). There was a wide variety. And the amenities are also extensive. It also comes with a tote bag.The fabric is sturdy so you can use it for everyday use.The purpose of the trip was to see the sunrise, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see it from the window.

At the time of check-in, many people had canceled due to bad weather the day before, so we were left with just the two of us. Thank you for preparing dinner and breakfast for both of us. All the dishes were delicious and I devoured them all with my chopsticks. The view from the room is also wonderful. Next time I would like to go with a friend.

I was searching for a hot spring inn by the sea and this one came up as a candidate. There were several options, but the one I decided on was the all-you-can-eat breakfast. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with fresh seafood. In terms of facilities, it looks like it was built after the earthquake, so the rooms are new and clean. However, there is only one indoor bath, which is not that big, so it might be better to think of it as a beautiful guest house rather than a hot spring inn.
