I used it on my first trip home after a long time. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is spaciousThe view from the window was also good.Even though it is along the national highway, it was quiet and relaxing at night. Thank you.I guess it's only for a limited time, so I'd like to soak in the memories while receiving the apple that I answered the quiz at the front desk when I got home.Hello Aomori, I will go again.

This is my first time using it in 8 years. I stayed here for 2 nights with my kids while on business. My child vomited three times just before leaving the hotel we had stayed at the previous night, and with the parent, child, and baby carrier all in plastic bags, we consulted a cleaning service, and they confirmed with the cleaning company so that they could take immediate action. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks to you, everything turned out fine.In addition, there are chairs with and without belts at the breakfast venue (the taste and quality of the breakfast is average. If you are interested, there is a delicious bakery on the first floor). There was a corner where you could win, and there were lots of picture books in the lobby, so my daughter was very satisfied.I seemed to like the poster in the elevator and wanted it, so I asked about it and was told it wasn't for sale, but thank you very much for making a copy.I didn't use it this time, but apparently there are amenities and bed guards for children. There are also microwave ovens and vending machines on each floor. The number of high-roof parking spaces is limited, but there are affiliated parking lots nearby. I was in a regular car. The people in the parking lot were also very kind and it was a very fulfilling stay. When I travel to Japan and overseas with my kids, I sometimes stay at places like ○noya Resort and M Bombay, but I feel like the customer service is better than those. Also, the cleaning staff must have been able to tell from the trash and the condition of the room that we were traveling with children, so they provided plenty of bath towels and cleaned the dirty sheets despite their eco-cleaning methods.I've been living in Aomori for about three years, but when you live there, you don't often get the chance to stay overnight. When I come again, I will definitely stay here.I apologize for taking so much time during the busy holidays. thank you very much.

I used it on weekdays.I don't know much about access from the station since I visited by car, but I felt that the location was good as there were plenty of restaurants nearby.First of all, you will be greeted by an apple monument at the entrance, and you will realize that you are now visiting Aomori.Inside the elevator, a panel depicting the wide variety of apples will soothe your soul. Not to mention the rooms and amenities, Richmond provides high quality services that are consistent throughout the country. It's reassuring and reassuring to know that you'll receive the same service no matter where you stay.We will continue to support you in all areas.thank you.

A little more updated than the hotel we had to leave early. The TV has plenty of streaming options, there are numerous outlets, and best of all, there's a Lawson and a delicious bakery (that opens at 7:00) on the ground floor! What a way to start the day whether you want out early or plan on chilling in!Larger will find the rooms are spacious (a welcome break from the tight spaces typical of many Japanese hotels). There was more than enough room to do my morning workout routine and have two of our luggages open! And if you need anything the staff on the 5th floor were so very kind and helpful (a big shout-out to them for accommodating our emergency walk-in request, arranging an appointment excellent taxi to the Eki, and always being available and cheerful).Something else travelers may want to know: there are FOUR laundry machines in this hotel (compared to the typical two we've seen everywhere else). The status of each machine can be found on your TV too, which not only is handy but probably also contributes to these machines not sitting idle with someone's clothes from hours ago. They are the standard machines you see everywhere, so you will need 100 Yen coins and you can't use your own detergent (fair warning to people with sensitive skin). If there's any downsides it's that the hallways and rooms smelled a bit of smoke (something that seems common around Aomori). It definitely helped to get out of the hotel often...or open the windows, which they thankfully let you do, even high up.If we have to stay in downtown Aomori again, this hotel will be amongst the first we consider.p.s. thank for you for the welcome apple, and greeting us with a display of apples and apple scents!

The room smelled strongly of smoke (even though it was non-smoking) and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The room was big but the location mid.
