The dishes, both Japanese and Western, were prepared using local seafood and were very delicious.The landlady was said to be efficient and her attentive customer service was impressive.During meal (feeding) time, many cats gather at the inn well in advance and form a line in front of the inn.You can also meet the signboard cats Manager Mei and Mimi, but customer service depends on your mood.

I visited Tashirojima for the first time, which is truly irresistible for cat lovers, and I was taken care of by Marine Life.I was really satisfied with the warmth and deliciousness of the food, as well as being able to play with cats and cats everywhere. I think I was able to stay anywhere I wanted. They seem to carry a variety of basic alcoholic beverages for those who like alcohol, and the prices are low so you can drink a lot with peace of mind! It's a heavenly island with cats, drinks, and good accommodation.

When I called to make a reservation at the end of March 2023, I was told that the restaurant is currently closed and the reopening date has not been determined.

Basically, they do not accept overnight stays for sightseeing purposes from December to March.disappointing.postscriptUntil mid-April, you can only stay overnight without meals.

Closest ryokan at Nitoda Port. 5mins by walk. The patio was beautiful because of well maintained plants. You would be immediately greeted by a view of cats chilling outside. The inside is decorated mostly with marine related items such as wooden ships. It was unique. The room is spacious. You can see the ocean from your room window. There is a small couch and chair, table, television and fan in the room. No air conditioning however it is not that warm there despite it being summer when we went there. Bath/shower and toilet are shared. There are 3 toilets. 2 bath/shower - one on the 2nd floor which is small and the 2nd is in the 1st floor which is a little bit bigger. Towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available. Additional ¥300 if you want to rent a sleeping wear. Food was hefty and delicious. Mostly seafood and they are fresh. Drinks and snacks are also available for sale. No Wi-Fi. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. They have a website available in English. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed because the replies to my inquiries were very slow, but the emails reminding me of the price arrived very quickly.I wanted to visit them because the reviews are high, but I wonder if I will ever use them again after receiving such a response. I'm sorry.

This was my first time on Tashirojima, and I was worried about where to stay, but I decided to stay here because it was the closest to the port.On the day, I left my luggage and took the cat for a walk.I've come across many of them already.For dinner, we were served a lot of things other than the ones pictured, so we were full.There is also a vending machine nearby, so you can buy alcohol and snacks here, so you don't have to worry about it.In the morning, I ate while watching the cat eat breakfast.Being close to the port means you don't have to rush.They treated me very well and I was able to make some good memories. thank you very much.Meals are said to be served irregularly, so those staying overnight should be sure to confirm.
