I stayed here for 6 days on a business trip, and the room was clean and quiet even though it was right off the elevator, so I was able to get a good night's sleep even though I don't usually sleep well.It was a great hotel.Also, the staff are very nice and there are various reviews, but I would like to stay here again if I come again.

First of all, he is unfriendly. It was difficult to understand as there was no explanation of the key.Fire alarm malfunctioning at night? Then, an alarm sounded throughout the hotel and the elevators were stopped, so I went down the emergency stairs, but when I got down to the lobby, there was no one there, and when I knocked on the staff room and called, only one person came out, so I didn't have to explain much. There's no way he was returned to the room without anything. When I returned home, there was no one in the lobby and no one even greeted me. I will never use them again.

There is no staff in the lobby at night. It says to press the button if you need anything, but nothing comes out when I press it. Probably sleeping.Although there is something that can't be helped about that,The air conditioner in the room was covered in dust. It's like I haven't cleaned it in 2 years. Not possible.

Convenient as it is close to Hakata Station and has a hotel and a convenience store.There are also many restaurants in the area, so you won't have any trouble finding drinks or food. However, be careful as the surrounding area will be lively until late at night.Check-in time is from 17:00, but check-out time is 12:00, so you can take your time.recommendation.

I checked in at 17:00 for 2 nights and 3 days. There was no one at the front desk, so when I rang the doorbell, a staff member in plain clothes who was on break (?) came out in a hurry, with the wrong hairstyle and completely turned off. My impression is that there is a shortage of manpower...When I went out, when I returned the keys at check-out, there was no greeting such as ``Welcome there'' or ``Thank you very much.''The room was clean. It's dark around my desk and it's hard to put on makeup. The shower head was nice and you could change the water pressure.The remote control for the air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning and I couldn't operate it, and it wouldn't turn off even though it was cold, so I turned off all the power in the room. I think there are many other hotels with meals included for the same price.I was still satisfied because the room was clean, but it is not suitable for people who are looking for customer service or morning service.

I received a pleasant service with polite and smiling customer service. thank you.rooms, bathrooms, toilets, etc.The cleanliness was good.However, the noise of the ventilation fan in the bathroom is abnormally loud.It was a little scary.Also, the bedside light was broken.The electricity does come on, but I have stopped using it because the wiring is visible.Other than these two points, it was a very good hotel.

It is located about 7 minutes from Hakata Station and is located on a quiet street.The room is very small and you can't unfold the 28-inch suitcase, so you have to unfold it toward the hallway.It's small, but it's not bad as there's a clean bathtub in the bathroom.Recommended for solo travelers. The staff are very friendly and some speak a little Korean.
