I've stayed here dozens of times now, and it feels as comfortable as home.In the past, the doorman taught me shortcuts to the Suzuka Circuit, and when I asked him about various things, he kindly told me about it. The hot springs and food are perfect.

I was staying with two small children. The hot springs were nice, the room was bright and relaxing, and the food menu was plentiful and I was very satisfied.I stayed at the amusement park, but it rained on the first day, so I ended up staying on the last day, so I thought it would be nice to spend the night at the hotel relaxing and just visiting the hot springs.I would definitely like to use it again.

I am a rollercoaster enthusiast from the U.S. and have always wanted to visit Nagashima Spa Land. Well, now I finally did and I am so happy that I decided to stay at Hotel Nagashima! Words cannot express how wonderful this place is. Free parking is included for the duration of your stay and was super easy. I was able to arrive early at the hotel on the morning of my check-in, my luggage was brought up to my room and the front desk staff answered my questions and provided me with the resort-wide passport. Buying ride and water park tickets in the lobby of the hotel was also a breeze at 8am, and then we were given exclusive early entry to the park so that you can get that first ride of the day on the legendary Steel Dragon 2000. Both breakfast and dinner are served daily and the food was absolutely delicious. But the onsen hot springs here, which access is also included in your stay, is like nothing I have ever experienced. After a long day of riding rollercoasters, it was incredibly soothing to soak in all of the baths and being surrounded by the peace and tranquility of nature, waterfalls and flowing rivers, just complete and total relaxation taking you away to another place. I am very grateful to the staff here for accommodating me and going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back again on my next visit to Japan. Hotel Nagashima has my 100% positive recommendation!

For a Taiwanese tourist who came here for the first time, the friendliness is beyond imagination. I did not feel the inconvenience caused by the language barrier. Basically, I can solve accommodation problems with a simple Google Translate. The hotel staff are also very friendly and very It is recommended for Taiwanese tourists to stay here. The swimming pool, hot springs, amusement park and outlet can all be enjoyed by staying for one night and two days this time. But if I come again, I will aim to stay for two days to enjoy this trip~

I used it when playing at Nagashima Resort. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious, and there are plenty of baths available in the large public bath, so I think it's worth using just for this.An admission ticket to Nagashima Spa Land is also included, allowing you to enter the park 15 minutes before its regular opening time.

There was hair falling in the room.I thought cleaning was in order.I turned the air conditioner on and went to sleep,The sound of the air conditioner is still not quiet,I was so worried that I couldn't sleep all night. It was written on the internet that there is a shuttle bus, but it is only available until 2:30 pm, and it seems that you will have to walk across the passageway to get to the outlet instead of taking the shuttle bus. Please don't post on the internet that there is a shuttle bus to the outlet.Parking lot is difficult to find,There was a cone standing when I arrived,When we arrived, everyone except the driver was dropped off.I was rushed. The good thing is that the crab was delicious,Hot spring water comes out even in the bath of the room.It was good.
