Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our 9th floor scenery with the mountain range. Queen size bed was very comfortable to sleep on. We had a slightly larger room so we are very grateful for the space. The onsen is in the rooftop with an outdoor bath. The best part was the washing machine (free of charge with detergent provided) and the dryer (100 yen for 20 mins) that were in the onsen room. A brilliant idea - we had the clothes washed as we enjoyed the bath. Staff was very helpful too. My partner dropped a necklace somewhere in the hotel, most likely at the onsen area, and 2 days later when she discovered it missing, enquired at the staff reception who returned it back to her. Very grateful with their integrity! Highly recommended!

Used when returning home. I usually choose hotels based on price, but this time I stayed for 2 nights because of the breakfast.Breakfast is ¥1800 per meal. Not available to anyone other than hotel guests.Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee.So it's a loss if you don't eat it. So, I woke up early in the morning both days.Although it is more expensive than other hotels, the menu is rich and delicious.I was looking forward to the opportunity to try the local cuisine ``Igamenchi'' and ``Senbei soup.''I was a little disappointed because Igamenchi has a home-cooked taste and it's a matter of personal preference, but I couldn't help but reach for it because it was an easy-to-eat bite-sized dish.I don't have senbei soup locally, so I wonder if it's something like this? I was thinking that while eating it, but it had burdock, carrots, and chicken, and it had a refreshing taste, so I ended up having to refill about 3 cups (lol).Personally, I was very happy to find shiso-wrapped apricots and shiso-pickled yam in the chopstick rest corner!I accidentally booked a smoking room even though I don't smoke, but the room didn't have that unpleasant smell of cigarettes and I was able to stay comfortably. The sauna felt great too! There is also a cold bath, and I enjoyed the sauna for the first time in a while (*^^*)However, it is a tedious walk from JR Hirosaki Station, and it is near the bus stop for the ``Joto Circulation ¥100 Bus,'' so if you are going from JR Hirosaki Station, we recommend using the bus. is.On the way back, there seems to be a shuttle bus to Hirosaki Station every 30 minutes (reservation required). If you are an adult, you can walk within 10 minutes from Chuo Hirosaki Station on the Konan Railway on the Kuroishi Line.(I haven't looked into it, but I don't think there are any other means of transportation other than taxis from Chuo-Hirosaki Station.)The pricing is a little high, but I felt it was worth it.Although the location is not very good, it is close to the starting point of the Dotemachi course during the Neputa period, so I might recommend it.If I have a chance, I would like to use it outside of Hirosaki (*^^*)thank you very much!

There are a lot of Chinese people and it's very noisy.Due to bad manners in the bathroom, we do not recommend it if you mainly use the sauna.Bathing in the open air in the open-air bath was amazing! The customer service was great and they were really helpful!thank you!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for 3 people, but the mattress was thick for 2 people, but the mattress for 1 person was thin!I had back pain so I contacted the front desk and asked if I could borrow another mattress, but they declined.I was disappointed in how they treated me, even though I was paying for one person. As a lodging service industry, I feel that they should work on providing services that are more tailored to the needs of their users.
