For a city as small as Gilimanuk, Hotel Surya, which is right on the side of the main road, is comfortable and worth visiting, friendly owner service and complete standard room facilities (AC, TV, blankets, towels, mineral water, soap and FREE WIFI), spacious parking area , making our choice of stay fall on this hotel.This hotel is no longer in the ticket sales application mentioned by other visitors (experience reviews), so it seems unlikely that you will be charged double, the price of the stay is not expensive either...Hopefully the service remains as it is now and gets better, next time, we will definitely come again, if we go on a trip to Bali...

Friendly service, clean rooms. But how come it can be rated low?Don't let people down their fortune, bro, if you pay via APK, you don't know how. But I paid directly to the receptionist to be safe, not as stated in the rating. When I arrived, I was served coffee, the same thing the next morning. Really really friendly even the service...BTW, this is my personal experience...!!!

Little experience.Booked this Hotel via Agoda Apk. Get a friendly price. After arriving at the location, the receptionist said in a tone that rose 1 octave"PRICE IS DIFFERENT FROM APPLICATION, I HAVEN'T USED THE APK FOR A LONG TIME, IF YOU DON'T WANT IT, JUST REFUND".The problem is that you can't get a refund, so we were forced to stay overnight, apparently it wasn't finished yet. Still have to add ADDITIONAL DUTY,for AC rooms add 100k/room.for Fan Room 45k/room.Can't refund anymore, told me to add more.If you really don't want to collaborate with ApK, you shouldn't advertise there. In fact, it gives the impression that this is a fraud.If I was the only one who was the victim, maybe I was just making it up, but this is enough to complain about more or less the same thing.Not to mention the fantastic condition of the ROOM,The bathroom smells, because there is a continuous drain. So dirt from other rooms can be felt too.The condition of the AC is leaking, I told the guard.In fact, it was said "INDEED THE AC IS LIKE THAT, IT'S LEAKING. IT'S A NEW AC IF IT'S NOT COLD, JUST WAIT".Indeed, for AC there must be water droplets, but usually and generally a channel is provided directly in the form of a tube connected to a gallon, but not in this place. Near Gilimanuk port. I bought a room through Traveloka but when I wanted to check in I was told to pay more than 3x the Traveloka price again... so it felt like we were in a trap... just bought it at Traveloka and still had to pay more

Really bad hotel, basic facilities are missing and so many cockroaches at night in front of the rooms. Stay away.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. We haven’t stayed the night though (only visited a few areas in the hotel, to rest for a few hours, it was very clean and tidy). We came here looking for help to get a bus to Denpasar in the night, which was extremely difficult. The man at the reception was a life saviour. He waited with us for more than two hours and arranged for a bus to pick us up in the night. We are so grateful for him.
