We use it every summer, and it will be partially renovated this summer of 2023.The walls are painted yellow and the garden is covered with artificial grass, giving the impression that you can have a BBQ. The old stove in the room has been replaced with a new one, and the bathroom has also been beautifully renovated.The cleanliness has improved, but the washing machine and dryer have been removed, so you will be disappointed if you only bring a few changes of clothes and towels.It's cost-effective and you can spend your time freely, so it's recommended for people who don't want to worry about dealing with the manager at a pension etc.Also, although our house used to be a place for cats to relax, my wife, who loves cats, was disappointed that she could no longer see them, perhaps because we had renovated the house.

This is a small one-story detached house with 1 Japanese-style room, 1 Western-style room, 1 DK, and a bathroom. There are cooking utensils, tableware, microwave oven, toaster, etc. There is a 5 kg washing machine and dryer. The bath can be reheated and kept warm. The cost performance is good for renting a whole house.Be careful of cute visitors!As of the time of posting, please be careful of the toilet door. Sometimes the toilet door won't open if you close it completely. I managed to open the door by pulling it from the outside with such force that it broke. It may be difficult for women and children to open it. There are marks on the top of the door where it was pried open, which appears to have been done before.

It was comfortable thoughA huge centipede in the bathtubThere was a normal-sized centipede under the futon.There were also several geckos.Other than that, it's comfortable♪
