As expected of an apa hotel. Small rooms but service is not bad.My nonsmoking room had smoke smell that I couldn't get rid of in a week.Luckily I was only there to shower and sleep.

If you need somewhere to stay in Yachiyo then this is it. The rooms are tiny but have everything you need other than space. But at £39 a night you can't expect more. Tip: always book a double or a twin room.

This Hotel looks amazing from the outside, upon arrival the staff were efficient and friendly they spoke English. The room was very small for two people. There was no space to walk around, a tight squeeze. Tidy and clean, good facilities. Everything neatly placed, from towels to slippers. Brilliant location, close to the shops and restaurants, the train station is just a couple of minutes away. Overall, not bad.

It seems a bit mean to only give 3 stars to somewhere so cheap - I stayed 6 times over 2 months and paid either 4,800 yen or 5.300 yen for the night without breakfast. ||||Good points:||1. …

Most hotels, whether they be good or bad, at least pretend to be good and welcome guests on arrival. We had a business party of 5 people and received the frostiest welcome ever from this hotel. …
