This was the worst hotel ever.I had already taken into account that the room would be small, but the smell of sewage was so strong that I had to change rooms (twice), but every room smelled bad so I gave up.There's no phone in the room, so I have to take the elevator to the front desk every time...What about ice? “Please buy at 7-Eleven” What is the courier delivery slip? "Please go to 7-Eleven as you can only pay on delivery." What about duct tape? "I don't have any, so please buy it at 7-Eleven," he said in broken Japanese. Is this place in India or China? The front desk staff is made up of only foreigners. . . .The room is dirty (the carpet is full of stains), the cleaning is inadequate (long hair all over the place), and it's smelly, so please be prepared.

I chose this hotel because I didn't want to stay in a dormitory by myself and didn't want to spend more than 10,000 yen per night. The cleaning condition doesn't seem to be bad, but the smell seems unavoidable... Even though it's a North Mocking Room, the smell of cigarettes and dust and mold on the carpet and bedding was really annoying... What would I do if I had an air purifier? They don't seem to replace the filters. Next time I go, I'll just pay more. I promised myself that I would stay in a clean place. Also, although it was a hotel, it was only for Koreans and there was no multi-adapter, so I couldn't use Korean outlets. The lobby staff lent me a USB-A type charger, so I was barely able to charge my phone.

The staff are nice and there are two elevators. The rooms are clean. If you put up a cleaning request sticker when staying for multiple nights, they will do everything for you, including towels, amenity refills, cleaning, etc. I was worried because the reviews said they don't dispose of trash and you have to get towels separately from the lobby, but that's not the case at all. There are many izakayas nearby, including Seven next to the hotel entrance and Lawson a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is right in front and the subway station is an 8-minute walk away, so it's easy to get around.

First of all, the room smelled really bad...it was filled with a strong smell like half-dried mold. On the second night, I used almost all of the deodorant in my room, opened the window, and turned the air purifier to maximum until it finally stopped bothering me... (Maybe my nose got used to it?)There was no hot water at all, and when I told the front desk, they gave me the key to another room without even going to check, as if they knew. What was mysterious was that instead of changing rooms, you only have to go to that room on a completely different floor when you want to use hot water...It was quite a hassle.

It's a non-smoking room, but it smells like cigarettes from somewhere, and you can't open the window, so it smells like mold and humidity...And it's difficult because you can hear everything from the shower or toilet water all night long, whether it's in the next room or the room above.

The floor in the room became extremely dirty, the toilet faucets were clogged with hair and had not been cleaned, and the elevator hall was stuffy. But the location from the city is okay, there is a 7-11 below.

Card key method. Entrance by anyone other than guests is prohibited. If there is no cleaning, you should normally hang a towel on the door, but it looks like you will have to ask the front desk...Is that really the case? That's too sloppy. WiFi isn't fast, but it's ok. The drains tend to be clogged and hygiene is not good.

I used it on a business trip. It's dirty and smelly anyway. The drain is not flowing well and you can see that there is something clogged there. The towels were yellowed and a long hair that was definitely not my own came out. I asked for cleaning four times during my stay, but at first the POPs and kettles I had moved were returned to their original places, and the cleaning was decent to a certain extent, but it gradually got more and more sloppy, and by the last cleaning, it was full of garbage. The towels were not collected and all we had to do was make the bed and replenish the towels. As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't help but say, "This is the worst." Maybe there's a rule about not touching personal items, but it still looks like it's not cleaned very often. I've stayed in many hotels on business trips, but this is the first time I've experienced something this bad.

It's a common business hotel in Japan, so it was nice to be able to stay on my own for a reasonable price on a weekday. It is divided into smoking and non-smoking rooms, and if you are a non-smoker, we recommend the non-smoking room.I'm a smoker, so I went to the smoking room, and there was basically a bed, a small desk, a small refrigerator, a hair dryer, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a TV.The bathroom is small, but has a bathtub, and is equipped with disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, rinse, and disposable razors. If you place the cleaning request card, which is attached to a magnet inside the door, in front of the door by 11 a.m., it will be thoroughly cleaned and towels and other amenities will also be changed at that time.I recommend it for 1 person, but I think it will feel a bit cramped for 2 people.
