The facilities are old, but they are well maintained and I don't think there will be any problems. I was satisfied with the service, including the drink service and customer service, and would like to use it again.

This may sound a little rude, butIt was a hotel that exemplified the idea that ``it's okay just like this.''It was a good value for money and I had a comfortable stay.Inage Kaigan, which is 5 minutes away on the Keiyo Line from Kaihin Makuhari Station, is the closest, and is in a good location, less than 5 minutes walk.I stayed the night before a certain game show, and while the cheapest hotels near Makuhari cost 20,000 yen per night, I was able to stay here for 13,000 yen, so the cost performance was really good. Moreover, the trains heading to Makuhari are in the up direction, so the morning trains are not crowded at all.The train going down would be hellishly crowded, so that was another point that helped.Although the interior of both the front desk and the guest rooms are showing their age, I got the impression that they have been maintained as much as possible.Although it is old, it doesn't feel unclean. All the staff greeted me in a friendly manner, and the various procedures went smoothly.Although it does not have the orderliness and extensive facilities of a major business hotel, I felt that the hotel was trying to make the most of its weapons to provide hospitality to its customers, and I was able to stay there comfortably.I would like to visit again if I have a chance.

I had something to do at Makuhari Messe and stayed there. The customer service was very nice. We were also able to store our luggage after checking out.The guest rooms have an old-fashioned feel and are good for just sleeping. 😊Breakfast includes bread, rice, curry, and mapo tofu, and will fill you up.It was a cute hair dryer, so bring your own or towel dry it often 😉

I stayed here for one night from August 17th to 18th.It is 18,500 yen including seasonal fee.The location is good, close to the station and convenience stores,This is a hotel that requires a refund for the stay. The bathtub was covered in red and rough, and the walls of the bathroom were also brown and dirty.I was so tired that I really wanted to soak in the hot water, so I used my hands and feet to scrub the bathtub while trying to resist the unpleasant feeling, but when the water filled up, it smelled so greasy that I couldn't stay in the bath.Breakfast is available from 7:00 to 8:30.When we arrived at 7:30, there were already all the leftovers. When I muttered, ``Oh, there's nothing there,'' a female employee replied, ``It's gone.'' It was someone else's problem. To my annoyance, the two young men who came after me were handed a large plate of mini-sandwiches.Even though I'm picking on the scraps of the side dish and feeling empty. The woman who came after me was also stunned. When I checked out, I said, ``The bathtub was dirty, there was a lot of dirt in it.'' When I told them, it was room 302!? They said, ``Excuse me!'' and looked like they were going to clean it, but they didn't care about me, and I was very disappointed. .Even if the seasonal rate is higher, the service level is low, so if you can stay for 4 to 5,000 yen, you can still put up with it, but if you include the seasonal rate, it's not worth staying at all.Now that there's a welcome paper in the room asking you to relax, I'm sure you'll get angry.

Stayed here because I had something to do in Makuhari. Both the front desk staff and the dining room staff were very nice and provided pleasant customer service. When I was checking out, I passed the cleaning staff, but they greeted me cheerfully, and I was able to stay comfortably until the end.I was hoping that I could just sleep, but there aren't many business hotels that made me feel warm.I would like to stay here again when I go to Makuhari.

As a business hotel, I would rate it as 4 stars even though the facilities are a little old, but unfortunately, small items disappear during the stay (☆-2) and credit cards are fraudulently used (☆-3). The results were disastrous. This is the first hotel of its kind in Japan or overseas. I think it's fine if you're staying alone, but I can't recommend it at least for business people. ☆1, but it's actually a negative evaluation.

I stayed here for 24 nights from May 26, 2024. The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from Inage Kaigan Station and Marine Pier, so getting around is easy.Although the building is old, it is well maintained and cleaned. The single room (non-smoking) was quite spacious and comfortable with no smell. The air conditioner is a type I've never seen before, and I didn't use it much because it was too cold when I turned it on, but I think it would be useful in the hot summer months.Breakfast was almost the same, but I didn't get bored because it included rice, miso soup, bread, and curry. There was a morning newspaper next to the elevator, so I was able to read it slowly while drinking coffee after dinner. I think 7000 yen for one night with breakfast is cheap. The front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff are all very kind.
