This is a mediocre business hotel hotel. I feel like the interior design makes up for the oldness of the facilities, but I think people have different tastes. All facilities were provided, so there was no inconvenience.Although the location is not far from Funabashi Station, it does not really advertise itself as a ``hotel'' and if you didn't know about it, you might mistake it for an apartment complex. The fact that there are similar buildings in the surrounding area and across the street also adds to this. If you're going to stay here, I think you should have some prior knowledge of what the hotel looks like from Street View.

I stayed for about a month and a half at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. The words "Please take your time" from the staff made me feel more comfortable than anywhere else.If I ever go to Funabashi again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Many of the employees are from other countries, but their language is well understood and I have a good impression of them. There were few places to eat around the area, so it was a bit difficult to find a meal. The breakfast was relatively good, but if I had to be greedy, I wanted something like a side dish. The room has a separate stove and sink, which may be good for long-term stays.Wi-Fi spots are difficult to connect to.

It was a short stay of about 2 weeks, but all the staff were nice to greet me! ! !We're all doing our best.A foreign female staff member fixed the button on my pants that came off.I don't think it would normally go this far. .Although the building is old, the rooms are very spacious. It's kept clean so there's no problem at all! There was also breakfast, so I didn't have to skip it, which was helpful. Miso soup was delicious! The current situation is that all hotels have no choice but to raise prices and are unable to maintain a balance between full occupancy and vacancy. .We are all working hard in this!I've been living in a hotel for almost a year, so I'm really happy that they are able to alleviate my stress. We sincerely cheer.Thank you for your response 😭
