Despite the high price, the rooms are dusty and dirty, the bathroom smells musty, and the water pressure is weak.The worst part was that I left a brand name item and it wasn't returned.No matter how many times I call, I don't know about it.If you are going, please be careful not to forget anything.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.It's been a while since we had some time alone as a couple, and we were looking forward to finding a hotel with a bath with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi wasn't available, so when we called, we were told that sometimes it's not available. But it didn't say anything about that, and if it had, I would have stayed in a different room or went to a different hotel.Also, the payment machine seemed to be broken and the power wasn't on, so when I called to check the time, I got a vague answer, and if I showed up at the same time I was told to leave, I would have to pay the extra 30 minutes. What? That's what happened (lol)The door is locked and I can't open it, so I can't answer the phone. I don't understand the point of being given an extension even though it was late.The bathtub was dirty, the menu board was also dirty, and I wonder if they really clean it. That's what it feels like.And yet, there is no apology.The receptionist spoke in a fluttering and irritating manner.Even though it was such a precious time, it was terrible that I had to spend such an unpleasant experience and have to pay such a high amount of money.

Actually, I don't want to give even 1 star.Worst hotel ever.The jacuzzi is broken.The bathroom hasn't been cleaned.The shower was weak and didn't feel like it was running.Overall the room was dirty.The payment machine is brokenWhen I contacted the front desk, they said it would take about 50 minutes.If you leave on time, you will be charged an extension fee.When I asked why, I was told that 10 minutes had passed.I will never use it again.

(A break fee will apply after 2:00 a.m.)It's a beautiful hotel.Full of amenitiesThere are a lot of cute cosplays, and I'm happy that you can borrow one for free.There are many kinds of food and it is delicious.This is a system where you pay when you leave using the machine in your room.If paying by card, payment will be made at the front desk.

Worst customer service of any hotel I've ever been to.A commanding tone.Breathing when ordering food.Corresponds to waste seen from above.Service details will be explained in a half-hearted manner.Top-class waste handling in the country 👍️ Great job ❗A word to the 60-70 year old woman (youkai old hag) who is answering the phone.I'm a nerd and a socially inept person. It's a nuisance, so I'd better leave the company immediately for the sake of the company. 😃 I'm not cut out for a job that involves people 👍️The other employees had nice smiles⭕

If you register as a LINE friend, you can use the coupon to get 1,000 yen off if you take a break and 2,000 yen off if you stay overnight.Before entering the room, I showed the coupon at the front desk and tapped ``Use'', which said ``I'm fine with the discount.'' However, when it came time to pay using the automatic payment machine in the room, there was no discount and I was forced to pay in full.I called later, but the computer said it was 1,000 yen off.I guess this hotel is evading taxes.We will notify the National Tax Agency and the competent tax office.
