I went there with my kids, and the customer service was the worst of any hotel I've ever been to.I talked to 3 to 4 staff members, but they were all half pissed. I felt sick.

This was my first time using it because I could walk to Kamogawa Sea World.Suddenly,●I was very disappointed●I made a reservation for a private bath over the phone after making an online reservation, but at check-in I was told that no reservation had been made. I'm sure I asked him to talk with me over the phone about mealtimes, etc.The receptionist mumbled, ``I'm sorry if I made a mistake.''That's not the case, it's a mistake. The young female staff member didn't appear to be apologetic, but was very pushy, as if it was a miscommunication on my part, and I felt uncomfortable as soon as I arrived.●I was given a room key after my name was called, but I was not called until the end. ``What's your name?!'' I was asked very strongly, and when I answered, he went to the reception desk to use the computer and brought me the key.Even though I arrived first and finished the reception,...Even if it's a mistake made by the person answering the phone and it's not the receptionist's fault, it doesn't matter to the customer, so could the "hotel" be aware of it and apologize if there was a mistake, just a nod and say sorry? When can I make a reservation? I don't have any suggestions, and I feel like I'm left in charge of the reception desk, which is often the first impression of a hotel. There were other service issues as well, but if you don't mind, the price is lower than others and the food was delicious, so I recommend it if you are visiting Kamogawa Sea World. Some rooms do not have baths.Large public bath (1F/7F men and women alternate) and private bath (charged)The bath on the 7th floor had a view of the ocean and was very comfortable. When men and women change places, the lotions in the washroom area are also moved, so men cannot use lotions. My husband seemed disappointed that he didn't have any lotion or anything. Our room was on the 6th floor, but the pine tree outside was unexpectedly tall and we could only see a little of the ocean.Water server and ice machine are very convenient.(Some rooms are far away)I didn't have a good experience with the customer service this time, but the hotel itself wasn't bad, so I might use it again if I have another chance.

The whole place was new and the facilities were spacious, so I felt comfortable. The room was a cheap plan, so it was a very simple room that was probably a renovated Japanese-style room into a Western-style room, and it had the feel of a private house, but since it was two rooms, it was larger than I expected, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. The best thing was the hot springs. The changing room is spacious and clean. The view from the open-air bath is spectacular, with a pine forest from the first floor and the ocean from the rooftop. I think the big view bath is the selling point, but I was surprisingly healed by the greenery of the pine forest. The fact that the water was a little hot and deep was also a plus. If there is one drawback, it's the trendy method of bringing amenities from the lobby, but it would be nice if cotton swabs and shower caps were placed at the entrance to the changing room or public bath. It may be a little lacking for those looking for elegant comfort, but it's clean and comfortable, and best of all, it's a short walk from Kamo Sea, so I highly recommend it as a hotel for going to Kamo Sea!

I stayed here while visiting Kamogawa Sea World. I went from Kansai, but if you take the Axie from Tokyo Station and get off in front of Kamogawa Sea World, you will be there in about 5 minutes. The interior of the hotel was very beautiful, and at night there was a sofa space outside the lobby with beautiful firelight. You can get Dandan noodles as a late night snack for free. The day I stayed, it was White Hell, but it seems to change depending on the day you go.The room I stayed in was a Western-style room, and it looked more like a business hotel than a ryokan, but I think a Japanese-style room would have a different atmosphere. The hot springs are separated into the 1st and 7th floors, and the genders are alternated. I like hot springs, so I went there in the morning and at night. Waiting room? The space is large and you can relax after taking a bath. I took the open-air bath on the 7th floor at night, but I think the view would have been more beautiful if I had taken it in the morning. At the breakfast buffet, we enjoyed dishes such as Thai Chazuke and regional dishes such as Kamogawa and Chiba.I would like to stay here again when I go to Kamogawa.

The buffet I expected had less variety than I expected. It says there are over 60 types, but at first glance I found about 30 types lolThe public bath was large and very nice.

Great location for people going to Kamogawa Sea World. The meals are basically a buffet, so it might be good for young people who eat a lot.I was disappointed that the delicious peanut dressing was not sold as a souvenir. I was asked to come back and try it again because it was the cook's original (lol). It's annoying that I have to take an empty bottle of drinking water in the guest room to the water server outside and draw it myself.I would like you to make at least one serving and keep it in the refrigerator.Although the parking lot is at the back of the hotel grounds, there is no exit for customers on the parking lot side, so you will have to walk all the way from the front lobby. It was raining so I got completely wet.

Located about 3 minutes walk from Kamogawa Sea World.Has it been renewed? That being said, it was very beautiful.I had made a reservation for the private bath in advance over the phone (hotel reservations can be made online), and I was able to rent it without any problems as the information was clearly communicated to me.The procedures when visiting the museum were smooth and without any problems.I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with a shower, and it was spacious for two people. Just the right size for a family (4 people). Amenities are already installed. The hot springs are located on the 1st and 7th floors, and the hot springs are for men and women on a daily basis. If you want to enter both in one night, you will need to enter at night and the next morning. Amenities are already installed. The temperature of the bathtub is quite normal or low for a hot spring. It's warmer than the real place in Kusatsu, etc., but people who usually only take lukewarm baths or showers may find it hot. Also, the hot spring outside on the 7th floor is a little cold. The front side of some of the bathtubs is shallow and has tiers, so it's not like children can't get into it.The breakfast and dinner buffet is also delicious and satisfying. You can get Dandan noodles for free as a late night snack. There was a small campfire-like fireplace in the hotel's courtyard, and it was very beautiful at night, and there was a sofa in front of the fireplace, where a couple was sitting. It also looks like you can toast the marshmallows sold at the shop. The laundry was done on the 2nd floor, right behind the elevator on the right side, there were 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The washing machine on the left had poor water flow and said it would take 40 minutes, but in reality it took nearly 2 hours. So it may have been broken. The right side was fine. You can buy detergent at the shop for 100 yen.Drinking water is available at the water dispenser in front of the elevator on each floor, and ice is available in the washing machine room.Delivery service is also available at the souvenir shop. When we checked out, we asked to arrange a taxi, and it was promptly called for us.I would like to use it again.
