Went to this Hotel with a whole group of 40 people in April of 2024. Staff were very kind, understanding, and the breakfast was great. Stayed for two nights. The Bathrooms are very nice. the supplied Bath robes (Yukata) are comfortable, and its very close to convenience stores and good photography.Only downsides can be the fact that you're right in the city, therefore the noise can be bad at times, but it got renovated about a week or two before we had come and felt really fresh.Overall consensus:The breakfast was *really* goodThe bathrooms are very nice. For being a small space it is well set up.Nice lighting, though your window will likely lead to a brick wall.Plugs are accessible. The stairs are the most annoying part of the place, so take that as you will.

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. It was my fault for not checking properly at the time because I made the reservation in the middle of the night with sleepy eyes, but when I looked at the screen carefully after making the reservation, I found that I had booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room, so I had to change the room halfway through. Even though it was a hassle, I managed to make it through until the last day.I don't know because I haven't seen the non-smoking rooms or other rooms, but the smoking rooms are frankly terrible. I didn't use the air conditioner because it was covered in dust, and there were dirt and stains on the bed sheets that didn't come off after washing. The toilet and bath definitely smell.During my stay, I was conscious of it, and even though I wasn't actually being bitten by a tick, my body felt itchy all the time, probably due to a rejection reaction. There seem to be a lot of foreigners at the front desk, but they speak Japanese fluently, so I didn't feel particularly bad about it. Especially men are more polite.I don't know how long it's been open, but I think the facilities need a major overhaul. I don't think I'd want to stay there again.

Im writing this review with the price in mind. I resevered the room well in advance and paid about $60 usd / night, with breakfast included. The breakfast is a simple but delicious bento and a bottle of tea.The room is small but expected. It was a semi-double room. I was worried that the bed would be too small, but it could fit both of us.The location is very convenient. It's only like a 3 minute walk from the metro station and a major bus station, and it's only about 25 minutes away from Disney. You can also borrow their umbrellas for free. I was able to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out.Only complaint I have is the dryer machine did not dry our clothes, and we ended up hanging the laundry in our room

A very ordinary business hotel. I think it's enough for a one-night stay.I wanted a mug to drink coffee. I think it's a convenient place to go to Disney.

Pros: The hotel is fairly close to Kasai station and the room are decent size.Cons: the rooms can smell bad with cigarette smokes even for non smoking room.My major issue is one specific Japanese lady staff at the reception being rude and condescending.Whenever I asked her something like if I can get a trash bag to put my laundry cloths, or if I can put my bag before my flight at the reception desk, she treated me like I am wasting her time. I underrate couldn’t even speak a single English word but even if I try to communicate with Google translate on my phone she act like it’s a big trouble to talk to me. Also not in a way of being sincere but rather being rude about why I interrupted her rest. It’s really a shame cos other staff members been fairly kind and respectful.I highly recommend choosing a different place if you want to be treated with respect.
