The staff are more worried about foreigners than they are about customer service. I was asked for my passport but never told about the services of the hotel. I have stayed this hotel chain a lot of the past few years and starting to see a trend of bad customer service to foreigners

This hotel is quiet well, especially the breakfast service is amazing. There's no problem for communication as well for foreigners, like me. However the location of hotel is a little bit far from Kashiwa city center and it's making your trips to both of Tokyo and Chiba a little bit confusing and exhausting until arrival of anywhere else. There's a shopping mall nearby and you may find everything else inside of it.

The facility is clean and there are no problems, but the breakfast menu is almost the same every week. The quality of breakfast is poor compared to other route inns.I would like them to at least try to change the menu regularly. Almost mapo eggplant

Stayed here from far away to visit Funabashi Andersen Park.〇 Good points·cheap. Even though it's Saturday and Sunday, it's still cheap. And the room is spacious.・As it is still new, the facilities and equipment were very clean.・They even gave me coins from the vending machine for my child.・It's good that Route Inn gives you an amenity set for Luton's children.・Ario Kashiwa is right next door! Ario, not Aeon!・Stayed on the 6th floor, great view. I could see all the way to Kashiwanoha Station.・I felt like there were more breakfast items than other rural route inns.・Route Inn is good because the check-out extension fee is cheap. (1000 yen/h per person)●Points that caught my attention・When I told them in advance that I had a small child, they politely replied, ``I'll put the bed up against the wall,'' but they didn't respond. It was a little sad.・When I lifted the futon on the bed, I found frizzy hair and multiple small pieces of trash, so I pulled it out a bit. This is not okay.・At this time of year when the lingering summer heat is intense, fluffy futons are a bad idea. I slept with only a thin duvet cover.・Since it is along National Route 16, it is quite noisy even late at night.・It's great to have a large public bath, but the water is so hot that you can't soak in it slowly.Overall review: The trash from the previous night's guest on the bed is a bit unacceptable. If a hotel does not maintain the minimum level of cleanliness, I will not be able to think of using the hotel again. It's a shame because everything else was good. However, other than the above, overall it was a highly satisfying route, so I would like to use it again when I go to Andersen Park.

Hotel Route Inn Kashiwa Minami - Along National Route 16 -I started using this hotel in 2019 when the coronavirus started.Located inside Seven Park Ario Kashiwa next door,Thanks to a support visit from Takamaru Fresh Fish Store,It's already been 5 yearsAt first, I only stayed for one night, but eventually I started staying for consecutive nights.I think it's been about 3 years...When it was closed due to the influence of Corona,I used a hotel in front of the station, but there was no access to hot springs or Ario.It was inconvenient and really bothered me (lol)I chose this hotel as my regular lodging in Kashiwa.・Free breakfast is very deliciousDepending on the hotel, the free breakfast offered at hotels is often just a light meal.Buffet style with plenty of varietyEven though I have plans to eat at Ario next door for lunch.I end up eating too much... (lol)・Although it is an artificial hot spring, there is a large public bath.Hotel Route Inn, some places don't have public baths. However, when choosing a route inn, first check to see if there is a public bath.・The rooms are well-cleaned so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.No matter when I go, it's always cleaned properly. It's a really comfortable room.・The staff's response is excellent.Once I couldn't get a smoking room, so I decided to get a non-smoking room. When I asked for a change because it was no good, I was told that there was one room available by chance. They were able to accommodate the change on the same day. Also, I accidentally dropped an ashtray on the floor and broke it.Even though it was late, I called the front desk.Quickly grab a broom and dustpan to remove the scattered glass pieces. Please bring your own duct tape.He cleaned it hardHotel Route Inn Kashiwa Minami - Along National Route 16 - via Hotels.comI make reservations, but for the past year or so, I have to make reservations one month in advance.Smoking rooms are often not available. No matter what time I go, it's always busy with guests. Why are you doing so much when there is only Ario around? (lol)In addition to Ario, there are also Nitori and YAMADA,It's a really convenient place to go shopping.【lastly】The places I've been to so far are Iwaki, Osaka Honmachi, Koga and Kashiwa. All with hot springsAh, Koga is also a regular place to stay when going to a certain big restaurant...I have booked Osaka Honmachi for 3 nights this November. In March of the new year, in Hakodate, affiliated? Route Inn Grandia Hakodate StationThis is always my first choice hotel.
