The door to the room opens inward and the entrance space is small, so if you leave your carry-on bag behind, the door won't close.The room is dirty. The bed was surprisingly dusty.I had a room with bunk beds, but the sheets and pillows on the top bunk were full of dust, making it difficult to sleep.I dropped something under the bed and stopped trying to pick it up. It wasn't like the house hadn't been cleaned for two or three days.The bathroom is new, but the floor is dirty.The free shuttle bus from Maihama was also terrible.There aren't many buses, the buses are small, and there's no guidance. There was a notice that there was a possibility of being guided to the next bus during busy times, so I went early and waited in line, but when the bus arrived, it was first come, first served.How long did you spend in line?Someone mentioned it in a review in June, and it was true. Nothing has improved.The driver stopped at a random point, opened and closed the door without getting out, and drove off.I don't want to go there again.Even though it's a baby welcome hotel, it's a bit unsanitary, but if you're using a car and don't mind dust and dirt, it might be fine as it has all the amenities.

We stayed here early September & it just couldn't compare to other hotels. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave a lot of information instead of saying "here is the QR code, just look it up". They took their time explaining the printouts they gave us. It's roomy enough for 2 people plus our suitcases. Toilet & shower/tub are separate which is very convenient though the toilet room itself is small but doable. They have 2 face cleansers, body oil and also a lotion besides the hand soap. They have shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathroom. They lend you nice thick pajamas & give you slippers. There are cute small gifts in the lobby, and you can pick your own extra pillows too. There are so many pluses that people have already mentioned. Water with fruits or with lemons are available the whole day. Free coffee in the mornings & free late snacks with soft drinks are provided. Vending machines are available too in almost every floor. The location might be far to walk to/from Disneyland or other things but we were able to walk to nearby McDonald's, Bob's Big Boy restaurant and other grocery or convenient stores such 7-11. I actually like that it's within residential areas so it's quieter. We took Uber to & back from Disneyland & Disney Sea since it was hot during the day & we just wanted the late (5pm) entry to the parks. The AC has so much options & it works great! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I stayed at a hotel for a 3 night 4 day trip to Disney, and to be honest it was divine, so I would like to introduce it to you.merit・The room is neat and cleanYou don't want to stay in a hotel with dirty rooms, right? You don't need to worry about that at this hotel.The room is clean, has an air purifier and air conditioner, and even has a shoe rack. All I can say is that they used the room very well.-Toilet and bath are separatedHonestly, I'm really happy because I consider this important when choosing a hotel. If you're on a trip with someone and your friend or family member goes to take a bath after you use the toilet, don't you worry about the smell remaining? I absolutely hate it. In that respect, Hiyori Hotel Maihama's low price for the bathroom and toilet (when I stayed here, it was just over 50,000 yen for 2 adults and 4 days and 3 nights) was a real relief.- Full of amenitiesThey have a lot to offer for the price.Items I particularly used were a foot massager, shoe dryer, and air purifier. These three items are located indoors, so you don't have to go to the front desk to borrow them! ! We also have a really great selection of rental bicycles (you can't ride them to Disney🙅), bath salts and aroma sheets (up to 2 per person per night) that you can choose from at the entrance.Also, Ochazuke, which is available from 9:30pm to 11pm, filled my stomach after drinking at Disney. And it's delicious! ! Is it really free? Free morning coffee too? ? I am impressed by the incredible service spirit.・There is a coin laundry, ice machine, water server, and microwave oven (separate floors)We have all the facilities that would be nice to have.The above facilities are located on the 5th floor, so those on other floors will need to take an elevator, etc., but there are also vending machines, coin laundry, and smoking rooms on other floors.DisadvantagesPlease note that this is only from my perspective.・A little far from DisneyThere is a shuttle bus, but I don't think there are as many as at the Ambassador Hotel (this is my personal opinion as I have not stayed at the Ambassador Hotel many times). This is the accommodation I stayed at when I visited Tokyo Disneyland with my children on summer vacation. I booked a room with two bunk beds, and although the room was not spacious, it was comfortable for a family of four. It was fun to sleep on a bunk bed for the first time in a long time.I made a reservation with breakfast included, and although there aren't many options, the quality of the food was good, so I highly recommend it. We had a delicious breakfast during our two-day stay.In addition to breakfast, they also provided free ochazuke as a snack at night and free soda, so I was more satisfied than I expected. You can also choose two simple gifts per person per night, which my kids and wife really liked. Accommodation costs around Tokyo Disneyland seem to be expensive, but I highly recommend this area as a place to stay for families.The location is a bit remote, which is a bit of a downside. However, the hotel runs a shuttle bus to Maihama Train Station in the morning and evening, so if you use this, you can access the hotel more conveniently than you think. Maihama Train Station is located right in front of Disney Resort, so you can also use it when visiting Disney.This was my first time staying here for a summer vacation and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Tokyo Disneyland!!!

My kids love it and this is my third time using it.This time I chose a room with bunk beds.My daughters were very happy with the cute atmosphere of the room! The bed was also very comfortable. The ochazuke served free of charge from 9:30 pm was delicious and I was very satisfied. The breakfast the next day was also very satisfying with a wide variety of items. I think the location is good as it takes less than 15 minutes by shuttle bus.If you get closer to Maihama Station, the price will go up a little more without breakfast, so if you can stay a little further away and stay at this price, this is definitely enough for us! Please use us again!
