I haven't rated the guest room because I only used it for a day trip to the hot springs, not for lodging or eating and drinking. It was my first time using this facility, which hadn't opened yet when I went a few years ago, and I was impressed. One word is amazing! The service, the atmosphere inside the hotel, the large parking lot, the relaxing hot springs...recommended! ~I'll go again.

If you go for the sauna, you will definitely be disappointed! There were three or four bathtubs, but no cold water bath. What's a sauna without a cold bath? It's a shame because the inside of the hotel is clean and the employees have a good impression.

I used it because I had to stay overnight in Ninohe City. Since it is not a hotel, there is no lobby or anything like that, but since I was told that my relatives from Ninohe City were coming to visit, I asked the front desk if there was a place where they could meet, and they told me that although the lights would be turned off, I could use the dining room. As soon as my relatives arrived, the person at the front desk asked, ``The store closes at 10:00 (10:00 p.m.), what time will you be leaving?'' I'm not familiar with the area, so I wanted to find out in advance if I couldn't meet with you inside the building, so I checked with the front desk, so I wish they'd told me if I could meet with them until 10pm. I felt sorry for my relatives who had to travel nearly two hours to visit me since I'm not in Ninohe City. It was a memorial service held after a funeral, so I was really disappointed that I had to bother and make the relatives who came to visit feel uncomfortable.I had my relatives come to visit me, but since it was the facility's policy, I had no choice but to drop them off.I immediately told the front desk that I wished they had told me when I asked them in advance, but they were extremely responsive. There was no word of apology and the response was unbelievable for someone in the customer service industry. The room was filled with the smell of what I thought was an air freshener, which made me feel sick, so I opened the window, but once I opened it, it didn't close properly and it was cold all the time.I wanted to ask them how to close the room, but since there was no telephone in the guest room, it was too troublesome to go down to the front desk, so I stayed there.I checked out at 6am the next morning, feeling confused due to various things happening.I went home disappointed with the facilities and customer service of Kenko Land, even though the price was comparable to that of a hotel or inn.Since it was a long trip from far away, I thought I would stay at a hot spring to relieve my fatigue, but I was worried about the unsanitary sauna and changing room, so I couldn't even take a bath. There will be no use next time.

hot spring? Is that so?However, it seemed like it would be good for families with children as there was an outdoor pool.

August 25th.Use only coin laundry.Early in the morning, I saw a sign that said "closed for today", but there were people coming in frequently, so I asked if I could use the coin laundry, and they told me to come in after the noren curtain came out. Are you writing the entrance time for the main building? and.I saw that the coin laundry opens at 6 o'clock, but what about other places? ? ?If you push the button at the coin laundry and put money in, but it doesn't work, please follow the instructions. and.If you press a button that is not mentioned in the explanation, it will start. No, it doesn't say anywhere about pressing the button to move it at the end. ? ?He also uses the usual excuse before speaking, but he doesn't apologize even if he says something he doesn't have any explanation for.As an employee, wouldn't it be better to check it yourself before telling others?

The room was deserted. Children's training camp? Don't expect much from small items. The bath has a large washing area, and although there is no open-air bath, I liked the quality of the spring water. There is also a hot spring for day trips, and you can take a bath tomorrow (500 yen from 6:00 to 8:00). The food is not fancy. The flavor may be strong or weak... Rather than the cook, are the local mothers on duty? The taste is so different. Accommodation rates are high, so you can enjoy a relaxing hot spring bath in a clean room in a new building. You might consider taking a taxi to your local area for dinner.

Visited for sauna purpose. I already knew from my preliminary research that there was no cold bath, so that's not a negative point. There are no sauna mats in the sauna room, but you have to bring in a beat board at the entrance. I didn't need it because I had brought it with me, but I thought it was unsanitary because people who seemed to be regulars would soak it in the nearby lukewarm water after they finished using it. Also, the conversations among the regulars in the sauna room were so noisy that the conversations couldn't stop due to people taking turns. The changing room wasn't cleaned, so after I came out, there was a lot of dirt on the soles of my feet.It is best to avoid visiting for sauna purposes. The facility itself was clean and inviting.
