I was able to eat while soaking in the footbath, the view of the hot springs was amazing, the food was delicious, the customer service was great, and I never met any other guests, so it was a great hidden inn. This is currently the best hot spring inn I've ever stayed at.

This time we used a room in Ariake. This is the best inn in all respects.I have worked at a travel agency for over 30 years. I have stayed at countless ryokan inns all over Japan, but this is the best ryokan I've ever stayed in as an individual, depending on your preference. The rooms, baths (including the quality of the hot springs), food (dinner and breakfast), and service are by far the best. It's a remote location in the mountains, so it's really quiet. The only sounds you can hear are the chirping of birds and the sounds of autumn insects. I was able to spend an extraordinary time. The staff in charge of entertainment were also cheerful and responsive.Thank you very much. I will visit again.

The room and bath were so luxurious that I wondered if such a wonderful place would ever exist ✨It's like a dream and I still dream about it lolI've stayed in various places over the past few years, but this is probably the best value for money! ? I think so.It was an inn where you would want to spend time with the person you care about most~👯

I've been coming back to Gekkoju several times a year since it opened, but since the management changed, the amount of food has decreased, and the seasoning is either too light or too sweet, so it's not delicious. It's a shame because it was delicious when Chef Mashiki was the chef. It's a consecutive night stay, but I can't wait for tomorrow's meal.I'm satisfied because the Nakai is a veteran who is always in charge.

Hotel facilities are good , staff are friendly . The food is so so comparing with similar onzen hotels, some dishes not tasty and potion is too big. I think it designed for big stomach. Traditional Japanese cuisine is not like this .

From the first meeting to seeing you off on your way home,I have nothing to say about customer service. The quality of the spring water is good and the bath is spacious. All cleaning is done well,Above all, you won't have to meet other guests,I was able to spend some time relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast meals were large and filling.Even the dessert was delicious. When I left the room, there was a beetle. It was a wonderful accommodation surrounded by nature. When I returned home, they brought me tea and hamburgers as souvenirs. That was also great.I have stayed at many hotels all over the place,It's number 1.it's the best. It's one of the places I would definitely like to visit again.

Even though I didn't get infected, I was still charged a cancellation fee.Even if I offered to give him a doctor's certificate, he wouldn't listen at all.It was a male staff member.Next time, I will visit you even if I have an infectious disease.
