I stayed here for three nights with my family, and well, it was just okay. Not terrible, not great—just okay.Let’s start with the rooms. They're spacious, but it feels like you’ve stepped into a time machine and landed in the 80s. I’m pretty sure my grandma would’ve loved the furniture! On the bright side, the rooms were clean, so that’s a win.Now, about breakfast... it was a bit of a letdown. You get a choice of toast or a pancake, and let's just say the pancake could’ve doubled as a coaster—it was that dry. After day one, we took matters into our own hands and found some awesome spots nearby to eat. Plenty of options around, so no worries there!The location is solid. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach, though the beach itself didn’t leave much of an impression.We did book a dolphin tour through the hotel, and here's where they really surprised us—it was priced *very* well. I almost thought they made a mistake! Highly recommend it. Just be prepared for a dolphin race with about 100 boats chasing after the same pod, but hey, for the price, watching the sunrise alone was worth it.The hotel gardens? Absolutely stunning. You could spend an afternoon wandering around and just soaking up the beauty.Now, what could they improve?- More breakfast options, please!- The rooms need a serious facelift.- And how about some beach towels for the pool?Would I come back? Probably not. There’s plenty of other places to try, but hey, it wasn’t the worst experience ever.

The location is perfect, not far from the city and tourist area, however it's so quiet at night, which is nice.This looks like a legendary hotel with a very humble hospitality, all the staffs are friendly.some area needs retouch, but the public area is very clean. The room is also clean, the AC works perfectly. Even tho the hotel is an old property, i'm sure it is properly and regularly maintained.With a relatively cheap price, i have enjoyable experience.

Lovina is a lovely little beachside town, it feels like the Bali of a decade ago. Stayed for one night on a weekend trip and had a great experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the room is simple but very clean, it’s super quiet (no noisy motorbikes or drunk people walking past) and a two minute walk to the beach where the dolphin tours leave from. No aircon but the ceiling fan did it’s job and no TV but that’s why you bring a book. We were up and about early in the morning so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but thoroughly recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was really comfortable! The pool was really nice and clean, the room was so spacious! A huge balcony to relax on which was really nice. The outside areas were so lovely, lots of nature, banana trees and mango trees and beautiful flowers. 🌼🌸

Loved it. I was in a 'fan' room rather than an 'ac' room. Perfect...had an old Bali vibe. Big room, big balcony. Simple breakfast, lovely pool and gardens. Already planning to come back in November!

Very nice rooms, beautiful place.
Only negatives is that there's only a fan in our room, no ac. And the wifi is very slow. Otherwise the location is perfect and the pool is great.

The hotel had a stupid staff member who wouldn't let us check in because we arrived at one o'clock in the morning and asked us to pay extra for the room, even though we had already booked and paid online. The employee had a very bad attitude and tried to drive us away. After struggling for an hour and a half to check in, the hotel made no apology.I have lived in hotels for so many years and have never encountered such staff. If you are not smart, don't go to work.

Great hotel. Quiet, familiar. Close to the beach. Staff friendly and always ready to help. If you want to stay in the north of Bali. Maybe explore it. Then Rini is a really good option.But simply spending a day in peace and quiet by the pool is also possible. Everything in a great hotel.
