The inn was so bad that I didn't want to give it even one star.First of all, the exterior and interior are in disrepair and are completely different from the photos. There are stain-like marks on the walls and floor, and there is no sense of cleanliness. The mini-fridge is placed directly on the floor, the room is simple with only a simple chair and table, and the indoor shower only comes with water. If you take a shower at this temperature, you will definitely catch a cold.Another welcome drink? It is said that only shochu is available. The men at the front desk and the people serving the food are also quite unfriendly. It's more like a guesthouse than an inn. In fact, a guest house is better. I felt sad that I could not feel any hospitality or consideration toward the customers. Now, 25,000 yen per night on weekdays is a rip-off.It was the worst inn I've ever stayed at.Everyone, please be careful not to be deceived by the photos.

Please use this as a reference for those looking for accommodation.Stayed in a maisonette type room with private bath. I went there excited to see the photos, but it was so bad that I couldn't imagine. There are two small beds in the narrow room below, a toilet, and a private bathroom. On the second floor, there are sofas, tatami rooms, tea sets, etc. The stairs are too steep and tiring. I'm restless. The room bath was good, that's all. There's no toilet next to the bed. My room slippers are crushed, are you washing them? I wish they would at least keep disposable items. Who wears them? The building as a whole was old and looked like it had been renovated many times, and the passageways were narrow, so I thought it would be scary in case of a fire.I was looking forward to the meal, but is it normal for the steamed platter to be cold? I don't know the correct answer.Sukiyaki pork? It doesn't taste like sukiyaki, so it doesn't go well with eggs.I wonder if he's hiding his dark side by dimming the lighting. It's like a bamboo blind, which gets in the way when carrying meals. The indoor bath has a good temperature and feels comfortable. The changing room is also clean. It was unclear whether the shower would have hot water. But the open-air Goemon bath? It's weird to go out the window when you go to the store. The family bath outside the inn was lukewarm. I catch a cold.I wonder if it's an inn aimed at inbound tourists. The prices were higher in Beppu, so I went there without any worries and was excited even though it was expensive, but I feel like I was scammed.

A ryokan that will fulfill your dream of traveling to JapanI had a perfect day with everything including location, service, and conditions.Take the bus out of the city, run to the last stop, get off, and walk through the village alley filled with hot spring smoke for about 5 minutes to find your accommodation for today. The warm-looking owner briefly explains the accommodations and rules, and then shows you the room. This place... the mountain view is really nice, and the ocean view is amazing, really...If you go out to a restaurant with a great view and enjoy a hot spring, this is truly a treat...(The bath shown in the photo is a private bath. You can only use it for 1 hour after making a reservation!)Breakfast was also good and crazy here.If you are considering a hot spring accommodation, I recommend Kunisakiso.

Had a really relaxing stay in this Ryokan. The place is in the old Ryokan Onsen Village. It’s nice to walk around the area as it’s very near to museums, the famous Beppu Hells., and other landmarks. Also the bus station and tourism office is nearby.
