If you want the tourist style that comes to mind when thinking of Beppu, I think this is the best accommodation. Instead of sacrificing accessibility to downtown Beppu, it is very close to the Beppu Hells (Umi Jigoku is a 10-minute walk, Shiraike Jigoku is a 5-minute walk), and since it is the tallest building in the area, it has a panoramic view of Beppu to the east. Each has a view overlooking the village at the foot of Mt. Tsurumi.If possible, we recommend adding dinner/breakfast as well! They seem to offer two menus for breakfast and different menus for dinner each day of the week, if possible. For dinner, the main menu includes rock lobster (I couldn't try it), fish nabe, beef nabe, and chicken dishes, and raw fish is always served. The entire time I was eating, I was worried about how I would prepare food after my stay was over.Also, the level of friendliness of the staff is amazing. There are staff who are ready to respond in Korean, and even if they cannot speak English, they will try to help as much as possible and are available 24 hours a day. Everyone was so friendly that it was a great trip. When it comes to services, everything is provided. You can call a taxi, specify a meal time, request cleaning, prepare for an eve party, etc.I was worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the scenery since I heard that the wall facing the city would be under construction until September, but construction was already completely completed when I went in late August. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Beppu without any worries.The large public bath is also well-equipped! Although the water quality is not the same as the top-notch hot springs found throughout Beppu, it was still a hot spring worth enjoying. Hours are approximately 15:00 to 21:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. There are baths on the 1st and 6th floors. The 1st floor has an indoor bath and an open-air bath with sulfur, and the 6th floor has a (supposedly) seawater hinoki bath with a clear view. Both have their own advantages, so it would be a good idea to switch between them every day.Since the buildings and rooms themselves are somewhat older, they are often listed at a better price than what you see (discounts apply for reservations made 30 or 60 days in advance), so you may want to plan your itinerary well through the inn website. Room types include standard hotel rooms, Japanese-style tatami rooms, and Western/tatami mixed + private bath rooms. I liked the tatami room because it wasn't as narrow as I thought.I would expect Jintobaegi Ryokan to give a good rating of B- to A- for travelers, but if it is your first time visiting Beppu and you want to eat the usual Beppu sightseeing like a piece of cake, I also recommend this place.If you have a room facing the sea, be sure to watch the sunrise. The sun rises very beautifully.There is only one downside; Perhaps because of its age, the soundproofing is not very good. Because it is popular as a family trip, young children sometimes run around.And lastly, it has good air conditioning! I'm telling you this because it's not listed properly anywhere and there's a review that says it doesn't appear in the old reviews I found.I am going to take my grandmother, who is over 80 years old, and show her some really nice sights. This is a slightly old-fashioned Sansuikan.①The hot springs on the 1st and 6th floors are not very large, but the quality of the hot springs is good and each one is nice in its own way. I have no complaints.②The guest rooms are old but normal. Be careful of the steps.③We ate both dinner and breakfast in a stylish private room, and they were delicious. The colorful dishes were bright to the eye and gave us a sense of luxury!So far, the reviews have been good.④When I called the front desk to get some ice, I was shocked to hear that it would cost 550 yen. Also, is there a water server? When I asked, the water in the room was drinkable. When I heard that, I was stunned again.⑤The bath was nice, but there is no server where you can freely drink cold water after taking a bath.I think ④ and ⑤ are deficiencies that can be noticed immediately from the customer's perspective.It was a shame because the food was very good.

Although the building is old, it has been renovated and is relatively clean.There will be more food than you can eat.Breakfast is delicious as well as dinner!Miso soup was delicious ♫I was also impressed by the diligent customer service of the Chinese man who served the food!
