Advantages: clean, with washing machine and basic equipment.The room is very big. There is a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room for a family of three.The space is paved with Tata mat, making it very comfortable overall.Lawson is next to it, which is super convenient. There is also delicious Wagyu beef nearby.Disadvantages: The check-in location is very far from the accommodation. This is probably an apartment where locals live. The owner bought a few rooms to rent out. The external environment is a bit messy. The parking space is also difficult to park.

Simple Stay is a great place to stay in a quiet residential area, a 10-minute drive from the key collection location.It's cost-effective and it's good because you can share Japanese home cooking culture.There is everything you need for daily life, including a gas stove, microwave, and rice cooker.If you feel uncomfortable in a tatami room due to the unique smell that comes from the tatami mat, it is best to close the tatami room before using it. The two of us used it, and even just using the bedroom, living room, and kitchen was very spacious. Although the building is old, the inside is clean. The elevator has an old, musty smell, but there is no problem if you use the stairs. lolWhen you open the curtains in the morning, you can see the seaside pier in the distance. heFree parking available, close to main road, good accessibility

I used it as a family with 3 children in midsummer.Go to a ryokan in another location to check in. There was a parking lot for a few cars.I'm glad I came here because the man at the reception was so polite! I thought.After about 5 minutes by car, we arrived at Simple Stay!There are parking lots on both sides of the building.Along the road where even large vehicles can park easily.The parking lot is a little narrow for entry and exit, but it seems easy to park once you enter.Two places. A system where you can park your car when the number is marked but it is vacant.There is a convenience store across the road.The entrance is large enough to fit a stroller even if it is unfolded.There are slippers.The room we stayed in had a floor plan similar to a 2LDK.The bathroom is separate from the toilet. Comes with a shower.Bath chair, wash basin, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, shampoo, treatment, and body soap are provided.The toilet is clean!There is a step stand for children and a hair dryer in the bathroom.The dryer has a gentle breeze.It was a queen size bed.There are two 6 tatami Japanese-style rooms.One room has a TV and a table.One room is vacant.A great place for children to play and for babies to sleep.The kitchen has oil, salt and pepper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, kitchen paper, detergent, and sponges.There is a folding place to dry dishes.I forgot to check the knife.Cafe au lait and powdered milk tea are available on the dining table.There is a toaster, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Comes with a freezer. There were also tableware.There is a washing machine on the balcony.Hangers, pinch hangers, baskets, and detergent included.No fabric softener!There's a clothesline, so it's easy to get it.It was a clothes drying pole with a place to hang hangers.You can take off your shoes.You can store your luggage spaciously.I think it's great for families with children.It was like living in a rental.I will use it again! !

Within walking distance, there is a Lawson, a JA supermarket with a wide selection of prepared foods, a clean public bath with good spring water, a bus stop for Beppu Station and Kannawa Onsen, and a variety of restaurants, making it a perfect location for a stay even if you don't have a car. .The corner room in the back where I stayed was bright and bright with sunlight coming in through the windows, and the dining kitchen and living room facing the terrace were spacious and comfortable.The bath is small, but you can use the communal hot spring with good quality water for 100 yen, and there is also a service that allows you to use the hot spring for free at the affiliated inn in front of Beppu Station, so I didn't use the bath.The kitchen was relatively spacious, and I was grateful for the presence of a toaster oven, two-burner gas stove, and a large freezer. There is a TV in the living room with online access. You can watch YouTube.This time we used it at the end of the year, but it looks like you can enjoy beer on the rooftop during the warmer months.
