I thought it would be inconvenient without a car.The building is old. There are no amenities in the room, so you have to go to the front desk to get what you need. For meals, we had the breakfast buffet, which had a lot of variety and was delicious.

I stayed with my son's family. There doesn't seem to be anything around the hotel, but there is a large pool in the summer, indoor play facilities, and a restaurant, so even families with children can have fun.The sea spread out in front of us, and the view from the room was wonderful.The staff were also very polite and pleasant.The breakfast and dinner meals were buffet style, but they were all delicious and had a wide variety, so everyone was satisfied.I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

I've been there several times for hot springs. It's spacious and the view from the open-air bath is especially great. I used the chiropractic treatment after bathing and it was good. (The chiropractor is closed irregularly, so those who use it should check)I also went to the bar, and the atmosphere was great, so it's great to go after a bath.

This time I stayed with my husband and my four grandparents!When I checked in, I was surprised that I had to pay in advance, but the foreign staff explained it to me carefully.The public bath is clean, well-stocked with amenities, and spacious.At dinner, the food was delicious, and although there was no steak meat, my elderly grandparents seemed to enjoy dishes with lots of fish and vegetables.I used the table tennis and rackets with my husband, and it was fun to be able to play without having to go through the front desk.There are some defective machines at game centers, so I think regular inspections are necessary.The bar was delicious and we had a fun night!

The panoramic view room was nice. The sea view from the window was great, and the hot springs were also great. Meals included night and morning were made to my liking. There were many things. I ate dinner while looking out at the view. The view from the window was good.

Business use. I had used the hotel once before and thought it was a hotel suitable for families and training camps, and I knew that I would have to make a reservation for dinner, so I finished dinner and used it.This time I went around the hotel, and there was a lot of fun to do.However, from what I saw, I don't think there was anywhere to buy alcohol other than the bar.Vending machines only sell soft drinks.Breakfast consists of mainly Japanese side dishes.However, retorts for infants and toddlers were also available.You only have 2 hours to eat, so we recommend finishing your meal early.

The pool was the perfect size for elementary school students! Since it was September, there weren't many people, so I enjoyed it. It was beautiful overall. There are a lot of foreign staff, but they are kind.

I used it for a day trip to the pool. Since I came here when I was in elementary school, I have brought my children back over the generations.The fun of the pool hasn't changed since then. It was very good.I thought we could do a little more in terms of hygiene. Of course, I don't think it can be perfect because it's a large site with abundant nature, but I think the table area is one step away.I think the monitoring staff are very attentive and treated me kindly. thank you very much.I'm at the level where I think I could do a little better with snacks lol.I gave it a ★3 to reflect my expectations. I would like to go again.

I wasn't able to request a breakfast time, so when I went there an hour before closing time, it was full and I had to wait about 10 minutes. When I finished eating, there were other customers, so I was drinking coffee and relaxing for a while when I was told, ``It's past business hours, so please come early.'' There was no prior notice that there might be a wait, and I was made to wait again, and even though it was a buffet, I was rushed to eat, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even though dinner and the hot springs were great, I felt the worst on the way home. If it's too crowded and you won't be able to get in, please split your time from the beginning or explain clearly in advance.

I used it on a family trip for 2 days and 1 night.The room was a Japanese-style room and was a little small, but it faced the south and had a great view. (I chose this based on the price, so there are larger rooms available.)The building is old, but it seemed like it was well kept.Meals were served as a breakfast and dinner buffet, and although there wasn't that much variety, it was just the right size for families with children, and everything was delicious.The pool was surprisingly clean and the changing rooms were also clean. I've been to several pools over the past few years, and the changing rooms were by far the cleanest.By the way, the changing room in the public bath was also very clean.It wasn't too crowded and we didn't have to wait too long to ride the slides, so the kids enjoyed riding them over and over again.Speaking of greed, the children's pool and slider steps are covered in moss in some places? I was curious about this. But overall, I think it's a beautiful person. The women's restroom was also not dirty.It was great that the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and racquetball for free.

I stayed here with my two elementary school children and a 1 year old.The kids are very happy with the pool 🛟 The changing rooms are so clean that even if you have small children with you, they won't mind ✨However, the smell in the toilet was so bad that I didn't feel like using it.Also, I stayed in the east building, but it was a room likely to be used by students for overnight training camps, and the adult price was about 22,000 yen. The public bath was dirty everywhere, and my 1-year-old child would reach everywhere, so I had to carry him all the time and couldn't take his time.With this price and quality, I don't think I will use it again.Above all, the smell of stink bugs on my way to my room, and the presence of G in the smoking area...I don't think I'll come again as I'm quite afraid of pests.However, the kids seemed to have a lot of fun, so it was a great memory of their summer vacation.

I was on a family trip during summer vacation, and I was looking for a hotel that included a breakfast and dinner buffet and a swimming pool. I was satisfied with the price, location, rooms, customer service, pool, public bath, and breakfast.I had high expectations as the dinner was rated fairly high in the reviews, but there was no steak or other meat dishes, and the only sashimi I had was sea bream carpaccio. There are no main dishes, alcohol costs around 1,000 yen per drink, and all-you-can-drink is 1,980 yen. It feels like you are being led to an all-you-can-drink option, but the beer glasses are small and it is quite cumbersome to have to go and refill them over and over again. If you drink a lot, we recommend pouring two cups at a time.Beppu Onsen is nearby, so considering the price, you might not be looking for that much quality. However, if you compare it to hotels of the same class, and you know the quality of the buffet at the vacation village, you will be a little disappointed.In terms of evaluation, 3 stars. If the food was good, it would be 4 stars.

My impressions are only about the pool.I go there every year with my kids.Last year (2023) poolsideThe quality of the snacks is unbelievably better than usual.I was excited to see how expensive the food had become, so I was looking forward to it again this year, but perhaps the person cooking the food had changed, so it wasn't delicious at all.I felt that the speed of delivery was quite slow compared to previous years.There were also people in the kitchen who did not have a sense of cleanliness.I look forward to it every year, so I hope it improves.

I went to stay with my one year old child.The food was very delicious, and there was baby food for children and a family bath, so it was a comfortable stay even with children.Although some of the staff are foreign, they are fluent in Japanese and their customer service is excellent.There was also a room for wheelchair users, so I thought it was a hotel that people of all ages could enjoy.

I guess it's common when there are more people from other countries, but they were eating relatively quietly.Even though we were able to enjoy the outside scenery through the glass walls, there were people walking around on the lawn in front of us while we were eating! I guess I've finished my mind, so I come back and continue eating.

I used the banquet hall. If you use the banquet hall, you can use the hot springs for free:) The food was simple but satisfying in quantity. These days, there are fewer and fewer inns that offer banquet halls, so these are valuable. The facility was clean and the staff were kind, so I highly recommend it :)
