In a place like this! ? This is a hideaway inn located in a remote location. The hospitality of the host is exceptional, and even more so! You can enjoy extremely delicious game cuisine with excellent service. You can feel the care in every corner of the inn, and the owner's fluent Enshu dialect will make you feel at ease! I went there by motorcycle, and they were very attentive to the rain forecast for the next day, letting me park my bike under the eaves and letting me dry my wet raincoats in the boiler room. This inn is sure to touch your heartstrings!

It's located deep in the mountains, so if you stop by the road you choose,Although you will have to drive on a very rough road,An unbearable view for those who enjoy itwaiting.*You can also choose roads that are not steep.I looked at the map and was nervous as I walked through the mountains. Please avoid prefectural roads. The inn is located in the building of a closed elementary school. This is a special building that has been renovated.I think you can understand it by looking at the floor plan. The bath is large and comfortable.Because we are boiling underground waterIt feels kind of gentle on my skin. The game food for dinner was very delicious. It was very filling and very satisfying. For the insect tsukudani they served for breakfast,I was shocked by the appearance, butWhen I ate it, it was surprisingly delicious. The locust tastes like river shrimp tsukudani.Silkworms taste like liver tsukudani. So silkworms are good for people who don't like liver.I don't think it's suitable. Both are great for people who don't like insects. That would be no good, though. (lol)Unfortunately, the window shade in the room wasIt's so thin that the morning sun comes in early in the morning.I'm sensitive to light so I end up waking up early even if I don't want to.became.Well, thanks to you I was able to enjoy my early morning walk. You can take a pleasant walk near the inn.Even the elderly can do it if they have sports shoes and a walking stick.I think you'll have some fun with it.The big rock in the room where I stayedIt was interesting and fun.Saturday, July 6, 2024 RevisitI liked it so I came back.Stewed venison and bear meat for dinnerHe served it to me.It's a little bit addictive, but I think it's delicious.thought.I haven't confirmed it, butThe locusts served at breakfastIt seems that they have stopped serving silkworm tsukudani.

Anyway, this is it! This is an inn that brings meat to you. Recommended for those who are tired of ordinary travel or those who are tired of ordinary inn food. Those who can't handle alcohol will especially enjoy it. I'm looking forward to it after I go.The friendly host will provide you with heartfelt hospitality. The building was built by renovating an abandoned school building, and the wide staircase reminds you of your school days. Books related to Minami-Shinano are lined up on the bookshelf at the landing of the stairs, and you can read them freely.Washrooms and toilets are shared, but they are clean and equipped with a washlet.I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and when I opened the window, I could hear the sound of the river.

It's a wonderful inn that you don't want anyone to find out about, that you want to surprise by bringing you there, and that you want to brag about knowing about it. This is definitely an inn where you come to enjoy the food. It is a place where the nature of the mountains of Nagano is used abundantly, and the ingredients that make you feel like you are eating the life of an animal are prepared using careful cooking methods.I am impressed by the host's hospitality.Although the building and rooms are not luxurious, they are clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. Also, although it is not a hot spring, it is said to heat underground water, making it a pleasant bath.Anyway, the food is amazing, so be sure to come on an empty stomach. Since it is a game dish, it is not suitable for those who have picky eating habits.
