During the Obon season, my family and I wanted to take a dip in the golden hot springs on our way back from sightseeing in Niigata.I was worried that the humidity in this area was high even in the summer, but I had a comfortable time.There are various explanations given during the stay, but you can feel that the owner cares about making sure the guests have a comfortable stay.I have been to this area, which is famous for skiing, many times, and this inn made me realize once again that it is a great place even in the summer.

The wood-framed lodge has a great atmosphere, the food was delicious, and the kids were very satisfied. The cost performance is the best

The owner is a friendly person who speaks clearly.I ordered a one-plate meal, but the volume was sufficient.The bathtub was large enough to be used as a family bath.Perhaps because it's a family-run business, you can't use the room during the day even if you stay for multiple nights, and all noise and vibrations come through, so you have to be very careful.The lights are turned off and locked at 11pm, so be careful when going out.

I made a reservation with a cheap plan that included a room without meals and a shorter usage time, and they were very kind.Both the room and the common areas were very clean, and although some people said it was an old room, it didn't feel that way.Since the lodge is made almost entirely of wood, even very small sounds can be heard.The next day, we climbed Mt. Myoko, and it was convenient because we were close to the Sky Cable, so we could leave at a leisurely pace.

About 10 years ago, four of my friends and I went on a high school graduation trip. Since I was a high school student, I was given a ride to and from Myoko Kogen Station.I remember that even though I hadn't made a reservation to rent a snowboard, they lent me one for free. It was 2 nights and 3 days, but thank you very much for that.I am also married and have children, so if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it with my family.
