It is located halfway between Karuizawa Station and Old Karuizawa. It is also within walking distance to Kumoba Pond. The room is compact and clean. Please note that parking your car in the hotel parking lot is narrow and difficult. The employees are kind.

Highly recommend this hotel. My family and I had a very happy holiday here.Service: Full marks1. From the very beginning of communicating with the hotel staff about the reservation via email, you can feel their attentiveness and patience. In addition to confirming the dining and reservation details with you again and again, they are also willing to help you adjust the location of the room as much as possible so that you can spend time with your family. Live nearby.2. Our child accidentally forgot his hat and socks during happy hour, but the hotel staff were very attentive and helped put them away. What surprised us the most was that they actually knew which child in our family had lost them. It was really amazing.3. Every time I return to the hotel, the hotel staff will help open the door at the entrance, which is very considerate.4. There are service staff who can speak Chinese, which makes you feel friendlyFood: deliciousWe didn't have any special expectations for the dinner at the hotel, but it was surprisingly delicious. Although the portions were not large, each dish was very good. The happiest thing is the happy hour in the evening, the hotel is very attentive.Facilities: Clean and relaxing1. The room cleaning is also very good. I am very surprised how the bathroom without ventilation equipment can be kept clean without any mold.2. There are bath salts in the corridor for you to pick up.Transportation: Convenient, a 10-minute walk from Karuizawa Station, not too far. If you have difficulty moving, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is very close to the station and the bus stop across the street is also very close.Overall, it is highly recommended. It is the first choice to recommend accommodation in Karuizawa to friends.

First and foremost, we appreciate and thank the staff for being helpful and we can feel their sincerity to help and welcome us.The main reason for the rating is due to the room that we had. We had a long day so we didn’t want to request a change to the room and it seems like the hotel is at full occupancy too. Anyway, the room had a bad stench like musty smell (?). It is unclear if it’s from the carpet or air con or both. We tried to ventilate by opening the window but sometimes there are cigarette smell from people smoking (probably residents from their own houses that are not related to the hotel) so we couldn’t ventilate all times. But, the location is very good if you are mainly going to the outlet mall and the popular places like Ginza shopping street or the pond. It is also easy to get to the Hoshino area for Harurine terrace. We do hope to stay again in a bigger room and we recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a hotel situated in a strategic location.

Surrounded by stylish interiors and artWe had a happy time.Meals include dinner and breakfastIt was very delicious. However, it took a while for us to order our first drinks at dinner. Even after I ordered, another staff member came to ask for my drink order, and I felt that the staff were not coordinating with each other.

The food for both dinner and breakfast was very delicious. The service from the staff was good, and whenever I asked a variety of questions, everyone answered with a smile, which left a very good impression on me.The room had a streamlined feel with only the bare essentials, but it was very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was good. Hotels are the worst. There was a man (name unknown) wearing a jacket and an all-over jacket, and there was no hospitality at all, making me feel uncomfortable from beginning to end. I regret paying the not-so-cheap accommodation fee. When other staff members were checking out the cash register, they banged on their computers to urge them to hurry up. Moreover, as an adult, I simply despised him for not being able to do that in front of guests. It was like watching a middle school student having an orgasm. Also, when I mentioned that I would like to sit by the window during breakfast, a young staff member kindly showed me around, but when I saw him, I noticed that he was wearing an all-back jacket. ? The conversation was so loud that I could hear it from the window, and for some reason it made me feel apologetic. Also, other staff members give us a slight nod when we pass each other, but the man in the all-back jacket doesn't bow at all and keeps a straight face. Yet for some reason, he seemed to be in charge of the scene. I suddenly felt that the staff placement and education were unbelievable. This is the first time in my life that I have felt so uncomfortable and felt like writing a review like this. He's not suited to be a hotel manager. I won't be going there again, but I hope they improve.
