This hotel is centrally located, close to the station. I stayed here for 5 nights while hiking in the surrounding areas. The room was cleverly designed to maximise the use of space. There's no wardrobe per se, but there are lots of hangers. These are the features that were not displayed in Trip.com: 1. There is no daily room cleaning. Rooms are cleaned every 4th day for bookings in excess of 4 nights. 2. There's no safe in the room. 3. Only tea satchels are available, which are not replenished during the daily towel service. You will need to request tea satchels from the reception. There's a morning coffee service at the reception, but I don't like their coffee. The taste is too burnt. There's a welcome drink service every night from 5 to 7 pm, which is a strength of this hotel. The no-frill features help to keep their rates low.Overall, I have a positive experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in Japan. The service is impeccable, you get free morning coffee even if you didn’t book the breakfast, a welcome drink, and a rice bowl in the late evening if you still need to eat something. I also booked a private room massage which was great, and made use of the free massage chairs. The hotel is also very clean and the rooms are very comfortable.

Originally, we had planned to visit Kamikochi and Karasawa for the first time in a while to enjoy the autumn leaves, but it was difficult to get a mountain hut during the season, and the hotels in Kamikochi were ridiculously expensive, so we changed our plans to Komagane and Matsumoto Station. did.I stayed here for 2 nights without meals and it was vacant about a month ago, so I was saved. Rurubu was the best value. The first receptionist was young and seemed tired, which gave me a bit of a dark impression, but everyone else was great. Also, the services and facilities made me feel like they really understand the people who travel in every detail. For example, there is a washing machine, drying hanger, and microwave in the room, which I think is convenient for climbers and long-term travelers. This is especially true for foreigners. There is also a special rail for hanging hangers on the window side, so you can hang multiple pieces. You can check the hotel information channel on TV to see how crowded the baths are. This is pretty common these days, but it's great to be able to see how the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are being used. You won't have to go see them every time. For breakfast, the arrangement of tables and chairs is similar to a school style arrangement that you won't find anywhere else. Since there are often two people, the normal arrangement takes up a lot of space, but if you sit side-by-side, two people sit side by side, so it takes up less space. When there were many people, they were moved sideways or combined to face each other.I didn't have a plan that included breakfast, so I paid at the front desk to eat, but when I showed them the screen I posted on Instagram, I got 5% off the regular price of 2,000 yen. It's also helpful that it's open from 6:30.I felt that the variety of dishes was very large for this price. I especially enjoyed the local flavors at the pickles corner. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat on the second day because I left at 5 o'clock.
