Worste service we booked wrong month by mistake and no refund at all lost over $1000 not helpful at all disgusting service.😡Emails phone calls not willing to help at all kept all our money.

Nice and spacious. We had a great time in this condominium. The rooms are very clean, spacious and equipped with a kitchen. Very cozy environment. There is a bus stop for Hakuba 47 just in front of the resort. A convenience store is just a 5 minute walk away. The perfect place for a relaxing family retreat far from the hustle.

The local staff responded very well, but the lady at the reservation center was the worst. I feel really bad when people suddenly start talking about it in slang terms. Fire me.

Manager is very friendly, speaks english very well, and very helpful. The room is spatious and clean. Worth the price for staying several days in Hakuba

The room was clean and the kitchen was clean.I stayed for 3 nights, but the sheets were never changed or cleaned, and the towels were never replaced.There was a sign asking guests to separate their own trash and take it to the trash bin outside.
